House Rules

For stays 1 week or longer, a compulsory once a week cleaning and bed change will be booked for the guests account. Additional cleaning can be arranged at guests discretion for the same rate.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the apartment, not only for your safety but also for the protection of The101 and its contents. Any violation of this rule will incur a large penalty.

Third party occupancy can be arranged at an additional fee of R500 p/night, on a single inflatable mattress. It comes complete with a hand pump and a built-in pillow for your convenience.

Consideration of your neighbours is paramount to the enjoyment of your stay, we ask that guests do not host gatherings or parties of any kind where noise levels can effect those around you.

Please ensure all terrace doors are securely locked upon egress of apartment. The101 is also equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
