The apartment includes a bright living room with A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Starlink Wi-Fi, and a huge private terrace.
What sets this unit apart is its shaded corner terrace, where you can relax without being in the sun all day. Its location in the complex makes it feel more private while still offering pool views framed by tropical palm trees. Guests also enjoy a cold-water dispenser and shared amenities: a saltwater pool, kids’ pool, sun terrace, and a common area with tables and loungers. The residence provides 24/7 security and a backup generator, ensuring continuous comfort even during local power outages.

NOTE1: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. Credit card details are securely sent to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. A 4.95% credit card processing fee is applied at reservation time. This fee is also applied in the event of cancellations.
NOTE2: A refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.
NOTE3: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 Dominican pesos per Kw/h. A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and respect for the property and neighbors, please review and follow these rules:
1. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 3:00 PM or later Check-out: 11:00 AM Late check-out must be approved in advance.
2. Maximum Occupancy Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors without prior approval. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
3. Quiet Hours Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.
4. Parties & Events Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.
5. Smoking NO smoking inside the property. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
6. Pets Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Property Care Please treat the property with respect. Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
8. Cleanliness Before check-out, please: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher. Leave the property in reasonable condition.
9. Electricity Usage Electricity is charged separately based on usage. Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.
10. Security & Safety Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.
