Chalet Homestake View between Vail and Leadville

Upper Level: Open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8+, and living area with high vaulted ceilings, tongue‑and‑groove wood flooring, large triple‑paned windows, and a pellet stove for cozy warmth. The bunkroom features two bunk beds with Twin XL mattresses, accommodating up to four adult guests. A full bath completes the upper level. 

Lower Level: Two bedrooms (each with en‑suite full baths), radiant‑heated floors, entry mudroom, and washer/dryer. 

Outdoor Amenities: A wide wood balcony with carved slats, brackets, and flower boxes affords panoramic mountain views. On the ground level, an authentic Biergarten awaits with flexible seating options, a grill, Hammerschlagen, and a fire feature for preparing S’mores.

Check-in begins at 3 PM. Your access code to the key box will be provided the day before your stay. Check out is 10 AM. If you need special accommodations for a possible later checkout, please ask. Please note that all unique keys are secured/chained in the lockbox or to the door. The replacement fee for lost keys is $350, as the locks are designed in Europe and are not cheap to replace or rekey.
