• Bring your boat! We offer dedicated boat parking, and the public boat ramp to the Matanzas River is conveniently located right behind the complex.

Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed with a plush memory foam mattress, a small closet, ceiling fan, dresser, and a smart TV for your entertainment.
• Bedroom 2: The master suite offers a king bed, nightstands, a dresser, smart TV, closet, and an accent chair for relaxing. Enjoy privacy with an ensuite bathroom, which includes a shower/tub combo, toilet, and a single vanity sink.
• Bathroom 2: Includes a stand-up shower, toilet, and single vanity sink.

Living & Dining:

• Relax in the living room, where two comfy sofas fold out into queen beds. Enjoy movie nights on the smart TV, play board games, or stay connected with fast WiFi.
• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all the essentials to make delicious meals. Dine at the large dining bar or enjoy a coffee from our coffee bar, which includes both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

You have access to the whole unit and there is one parking space assigned. Other parking is available as unmarked spaces. Bring a boat, we have boat parking and a boat launch available.

Non-smoking unit. 30 day minimum stay required. Maximum occupancy 6. No Pets allowed. There is no elevator in this building. Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
