Ubicado justo en el agua en la tranquila zona residencial de Lance Aux Epines, este apartamento de dos habitaciones y dos baños con piscina privada le brinda un oasis para sus vacaciones.

Las puertas delanteras se abren al área de estacionamiento, entran a la cocina que conduce a la sala de estar. Ambas habitaciones están a cada lado de la sala de estar y el patio corre a lo largo de la casa. Desde el patio puedes bajar las escaleras hasta la piscina y el jardín al lado del océano.

Great Vacation

it is a Beautiful property very safe very private had a great time Only problem is you have to get a taxi to go anywhere except for the University Club open to the public, beach, pool and restaurant, that is a 20 min walk, that is a very nice place,

Perfect

We stay 10 nights and we would definitely stay again. The house had everything we needed. The landscaping and setting was beautiful. The pool was great. The housekeeper was excellent. Actually it was all perfect we would love to come back again!

Fantastic

This is a great house with incredible views that is close to everything! The photos are really accurate - the pool is perfect for swimming or hanging out, and you can even snorkel the bay in front! There are several great restaurants nearby, and the host is very responsive to any questions or request. 5 stars!

Dreamy getaway

What an absolute treasure this place is! We couldn’t have had a better spot to relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool and view are unbeatable and the proximity to lots of good places to eat, swim and explore was perfect. Even if we just stayed at the house it would have been well worth the visit. Kim was so easy to communicate with and very helpful! She was super accommodating and understanding. We will most definitely be back!

Dream vacation

This quiet and tranquil property was exactly what we were looking for. The whole experience from arrival to departure was truly an amazing vacation. The hospitality of Kim, the host, Lashley, our driver from the airport, Allison, the housekeeper, Damien, the pool guy was as nice as could be. Kim was very accommodating to our needs. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property. Already looking forward to booking in the near future.

An amazing experience

My mom, sister and I had an amazing experience in this beautiful home. Thank you Kim for being so responsive and accommodating. You definitely made our experience so much more special. The house itself was very specious. All appliances were in good condition and the view of the ocean from every room was very special.

A week in Paradise

We visited Grenada with another couple. This was to visit the island and see the med school to visit a friend there and the vet school where my brother in law taught classes. We had a relaxing vacation, watching sunsets and eating on the beautiful veranda and taking a morning swim. We had a great tour with Cutty, saw the chocolate factory, nutmeg processing and many a fruit tasting. You can’t go wrong with this location. It was more than I could have imagined.

Beautiful Villa!!

Jestas is a beautiful villa in a great location! There were four of us (two couples) and the bedrooms were identical. We used the pool everyday and watched the sunset from either the pool or the patio. It’s only about 13 mins to the IGA for groceries. Close to Spice Affair restaurant, West Indies Beer Co, and a 2 min drive to SGU Club restaurant. I didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful villa in stunning setting

Jestas is a fabulous villa in a beautiful setting, and the description online and pictures don't really do it justice. We used the swimming pool every day and there was everything we needed, the kitchen being very well equipped and linens and towels changed regularly. I cannot speak too highly of Kim. She was extremely helpful and if there was any kind of problem, we only had to ask her and she would do her best to sort it out. It is a delightful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful and pleasant base in Grenada. There were also many beautiful birds in the garden as well as an iguana, so a bonus for nature lovers too.

Idyllic Island Retreat

This pretty pink Caribbean villa is perfectly situated for your Grenada getaway. The views from the porch, lawn, and pool are dazzling from sunrise to sunset. There’s no reason to leave, except to sightsee on this diverse and interesting island, enjoy nearby restaurants, or shop for your sundowner drinks, including the tasty local Carib beer, or your self-catered meals. The airport, Grande Anse beach, and charming port town of St. George’s are all a 20-minute drive. The property manager, Kim, and housekeeper,.Allison, lovingly care for this charming retreat. We loved it, and will be back.

Fabulous stay

We rented this property for a week-long sisters trip. Accommodations were perfect and you cannot beat the view! Pool was refreshing after baking in the sun and the stairs to the ocean were an added bonus. We never went out to eat because the evenings/sunsets were so perfect at the house! I would recommend having a car so you can partake in fun day trips (vet student sister has a car on island) although we would have been very content staying at the house all week! 10/10 would definitely book again.

Ladies weekend

Perfect villa for a quick ladies trip with a beautiful sunset over the bay each evening. The house was clean and comfy, and the pool is very nice as well!

Fantastic

This villa is beautiful and very tasteful with a colonial feel. It is well equipped and very comfortable. Nice peaceful location but within 5-10 minutes drive of fantastic beaches, food shops, bars and restaurants. It is ideally located for exploring St George’s and the whole island. The garden is lovely - we enjoyed watching the iguanas 🦎 and birds. The view is wonderful - west facing over a sheltered bay so one gets the sun all of the day with great sunsets. There is actually one bedroom with a king size bed and the other with two singles, unlike the photos. Lovely large verandah on which to relax and eat. The housekeeper did a great job and came in twice a week. Grenada 🇬🇩 is a stunning island, very friendly, good food and scenery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the island and Jestas villa - we had a fab holiday.
