Unidad de un dormitorio muy bien presentada con sala de estar de planta abierta (segundo dormitorio) y cocina moderna con horno, gabinetes y encimeras. Dormitorio con cama queen size, armario empotrado, combinación de baño / lavandería. Esta es una casa segura en una excelente ubicación muy cerca de tiendas, cafés y minutos de todos los servicios:
 A unos 2 minutos a pie de la estación de tren,
A unos 3 minutos a pie de la parada de Skybus para el aeropuerto,

I Stayed For 2 Night’s In August 2025 And It Was Fantastic I Can’t Remember How Many Time’s I Have Stayed At Lily’s Place I Won’t Stay Anywhere Else Because Public Transport Shop’s Supermarket’s And More Are A Short Walk From The House Lily Is An Absolutely Wonderful Host She Will Help You With Anything No Matter What It Is .This Is The Very Best Stayz Experience I Have Ever Had

Before You Arrive The Host Lily Will Send All The Information To Guest’s On The Day So You Can Have Peace Of Mind And She Is Alway’s Available 24/7 If You Need Assistance. The House Is Very Accommodating The Description And Photo’s Are What You See. The Bed Is Very Comfortable And You Will Have A Very Restful Night’s Sleep . Fantastic, just what we needed

Overerall everything was as expected. Perfect little unit ,close to shops, restaurants and train transport on your door step. Everything you need close by.

Well priced and comfortable

Quite small but was perfect for what we needed for a few days to base ourselves. My very young family of 4 slept comfortably. Lily was easily contactable and very friendly. We will consider staying here again in the future if needed. It would be good if it had a broom and dustpan and perhaps consider having a foldaway high chair and portacot for families with little children. Thanks for everything Lily!🙂

The property had not been cleaned, I had no check in information, spent 3 hours on phone to sort out things and cleaner harassed me at 6pm. Would not recommend this place

What Can I Say About Lily’s House Absolutely The Most Amazing Place In Mentone Lily Is The Most Wonderful Host Nothing Is Too Much For Her And If Guest’s Want To Ask Or Need Something Please Reach Out To Her And She Will Be More Than Happy To HelpLily’s House Is Perfect For Solo Traveller’s And Couple’s Wether You Drive Or Don’t Drive You Can Still Get Around The First Car Space Under The Shelter Shed Is For Parking At Lily’s House Public Transport Just A Short Walk To Mentone Station Buses Arrive And Depart From Como Parade West And Train’s Arrive And Depart From Mentone Station The Neighbour’s In The Housing Complex Are Friendly And Helpful I Have Met 2 Of The Resident’s They Asked How I Was And If I Needed Anything So If You See Anyone Just Introduce Yourself The Neighbourhood Is Quiet And The Suburb Of Mentone Is Peaceful And I Have Never Had Any Trouble I Have Stayed At Lily’s House Many Time’s And I Wouldn’t Stay Anywhere Else I Hardly Used My Car And Used Public Transport And It Was The Grand Final For AFL Long Weekend But I Didn’t Go To The Footy I Alway’s Have The Best Night’s Sleep The Bed Is Soo Comfortable And You Can Use The Electric Blanket’s If You Get Cold The Kitchen Is Perfect For Cooking I Ordered Uber Eat’s When I Stayed But If I Ever Change My Mind I Will Cook Something The House Is Very Secure With CCTV Camera’s For Peace Of Mind So If Someone Is Walking Or Looking Around They Will Be Seen The Neighbours Also Keep An Eye On Thing’s

Hello Everyone And Thank You For Reading My Review :) This Was My First Time Booking Lily’s House For 1 Night And It Was The Best Choice I Made Because I Had The Perfect Night’s Sleep And Travelling Solo I Am Looking Forward To My Next Trip. The House Is Perfect Because I Found The Location Very Handy To Access Mentone Railway Station And Bus Stop’s Como Parade Shop’s . The Amenities In The House Are FantasticBathroom Kitchen Bedroom Living Area Conveniently Self Contained. Please Bring Food And Drink If You Would Like To Make Your Own Dinner Or Breakfast Woolworth’s Mentone Is Located On Balcombe Road Turn Left At Davie’s Street. If You Prefer Or Like To Venture Out For Anything The Surrounding Suburb’s Of Cheltenham Parkdale And Mordialloc Are A Short Drive Away From The House. I Went For Breakfast At Le Roi Cafe Located On Como Parade West Opposite Mentone Station. The Staff Are Amazing And Super Friendly And Helpful Delicious Food And Coffee I Would Like To Acknowledge This Local Business Because I Had The Most Scrumptious Breakfast And Hot Chocolate . The Neighbourhood Is Peaceful Mentone Is A Lovely Suburb Of Melbourne’s South East . Lily Is An Amazing And Wonderful Host She Is Alway’s Available Anytime To Help Or Ask For Anything. She Was Super Helpful And Kind To Me With Providing The Information About Check In And Check Out Clearly And Precise Manner . Convenient for our needs

Comfortable stay - very handy for local facilities and only a short walk to the beach. Only one of us able to connect to the internet - not sure why. A little surprised that there was no information provided about using the equipment - washing machine, microwave etc. Did struggle a bit initially to enter the property but that was probably because we were unfamiliar with key safe entry systems!

Stayz Mentone

I found my stay pleasant at Stayz Mentone but was disappointed that certain things on the checklist being up to standard were not followed accordingly in between people staying at Stayz Mentone. Bed fell apart on me twice due to bed slats being loose, mattress needs replacing as it was stained. Seal on oven not appropriately sealed. Kitchen tap was leaking and spraying. But host was good in the sense of providing clean sheets for bed. Had trouble using washing machine because of the setting it was on and I did not want to interfere without causing further problems. I was only aware of the correct setting to use in being communicated with after I had left the Stayz Mentone property. At the end of my stay, I had no communication from host until after that I could not rebook despite the recent year long events of Covid-19.

My stay at Stayz Mentone.

This property is everything as stated in the Stayz listed property in Mentone. Set in a very quiet street in the village of Mentone, within walking distance to local shopping centre and public transport for both trains and buses. Nice neighbours to wave to and chat with from time to time. One can either hop on a bus for a 2 minute ride or walk 15 minutes to the local beach of Mentone part of the beautiful stretch of bayside coast going from Beaumaris to the Mornington peninsula. I would highly recommend this property to others who like to stay short term for work related or holiday accommodation from either overseas or interstate. Brendon C

My stay at Stayz Mentone

I found this place to be a Shrangri-La of sorts especially during the current 5 - 6th COVID-19 lockdowns in Melbourne. Staying here has been a lifeline for me. I am so thankful for the host to be so accommodating in letting continue to stay here. I will not change anything I have to say now other than I will recommend to anyone I will know and word of mouth that this property is located in a quiet street, within close walking distance to village shopping centre and public transport hub for both trains and buses. When staying here, one will hear the hourly chiming of a church clock which is in a way soothing to hear! Not far from Mentone Beach, it would take no more than 15-20 minutes to walk to this beautiful beach which makes up a beautiful stretch of bayside coastline from Beaumaris all the way down to the Mornington Peninsula. The property is situated in a block, with lovely neighbours to wave to and chat with. Brendon C

My stay at Stayz Mentone

As always this property is advertised accurately in the Stayz property listings for people to stay short term be it for a number of reasons, business or social as well a holiday. Very close to public transport with trains and buses, shopping centre in Mentone village and let us not forget the beautiful Mentone beach which is a part of the beautiful bayside coastline going from Port Melbourne alway the way down to the Mornington peninsula. Property is clean, nicely furnished and within a nice block filled with lovely and friendly neighbours. Brendon C.

My stay at Stayz Mentone

I have found this Stayz property in Mentone to be everything as described in the listing of Stayz properties. So peaceful, quiet and tranquil. Close to all forms public transport with buses and trains, close to a wonderful shopping centre. Also close to a beautiful part of Port Phillip Bay with the beach at both Mentone and Parkdale. Also I have found my communications with the owner to be of high standard, a diligent communicator and shows interest in the well being of who stays at this property. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a short or long term stay for either work or social purposes. Brendon C.

My stay in Mentone

I found this Stayz property to be everything as stated in listing. Very clean, tidy unit, with friendly neighbours I say hello to from time to time during my stay here. This unit is situated in a very quiet friendly location in Mentone. Close to shopping centre & public transport which is even more ideal! I have found it to be peaceful during my time here. Great oven and stove top to cook with! :D I found communication with the owner was great and beneficial. Owner was very accommodating given my current circumstances. I would recommend this to family or friends if they want to find somewhere to holiday for a short stay especially at any part of year!
