Casa frente al mar con vistas espectaculares en el atractivo vecindario de Great Boar's Head. Un lugar tranquilo lejos del caos del paseo marítimo de Hampton Beach. Dom todo el día en esta casa frente al mar de 4 habitaciones, 2 baños, todo el año, con orientación sur y plano de planta abierto. Vistas panorámicas y sin obstrucciones de Hampton Beach hasta Cape Ann desde el cómodo porche sombreado o el césped soleado. ¡Mira los fuegos artificiales desde los mejores asientos de la ciudad! Desde lo alto de Great Boar's Head, camine por la colina hacia North Beach o diríjase hacia el sur hasta la playa principal. Esta hermosa casa de playa clásica decorada con buen gusto cuenta con 4 habitaciones (dos junto al mar) y dos baños completos, uno de los cuales fue completamente renovado en 2018. Very nice and clean property. Check-in was very easy. The home is located atop the Boars Head cliffs with an excellent view of Hampton Beach and the bay, in a very quiet upscale area. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with cooking utensil and other items, though we really didn't cook during our stay. My only objection is the owner requires YOU to wash, fold, and put-away all linens and towels BEFORE you leave, and the note even has a snarky "don't forget you need to be out by 10am" comment. I've stayed at VRBO properties for decades and still do so several times a year and have never had to worry about washing the sheets and towels. Considering we flew in with carry-on's only, we did not have the option to bring our own, so we woke up very early on the last day to accomplish these chores. Other than that, I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

Super nice house and location. Owner’s were very responsive to a few minor issues during check in. The view from the house is 5 stars!!! Would definitely go back

A little slice of heaven

Lovely view on back porch- could sit there all day. The ocean breeze and sound of the waves brought peace and calmness to the week. Grand Kids loved access to the strip as was within walking distance. Walking distance to 2 beaches too. House easily fit 7 of us comfortably and provided all we needed for the week.

We had a wonderful stay. This home is clean and charming. We loved the porch. The lawn in front of the porch was perfect for lawn games. Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Views

We had an amazing time on our family vacation! The home is beautiful and has absolutely breathtaking views. We sat on the back patio and took in the beautiful views and ocean breeze every day. We didn’t feel like we had to leave because we had all we needed at the house! Dave and Laura made staying at their home an easy and very enjoyable experience!

The house was just around the corner from Hampton Beach. The house was very clean and supplied with everything you need, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the liners are very nice. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and accomodating, very nice people. There are great restaurants nearby also the grocery store was abot 15 min. away. Saturday night there were fireworks, could hear the music from the beach, made for a great week All said we had a great time Sharon

Ocean front getaway

We loved the location of this property with the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep at night. We had plenty of room for visitors and the porch was my favorite place to sit and drink my coffee while watching the seals. The only problem we had was upon arrival we found that sheets were not provided this year due to Covid. We don’t live too far so we went back home and grabbed some bedding, I just wish we had known that prior to arriving. All in all a very relaxing week

Fantastic house and location.

Perfect rental for my family of 4 with bedrooms to spare if needed. Back porch overlooking the water and Hampton Beach is amazing. Kitchen is well stocked including ice maker in freezer. Beds were comfy and all furnishings in great condition. Ocean breeze kept the house more than comfortable. We all commented how well we slept! Neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely rent here again!

Fabulous property

Enjoyed this beautiful home with sweeping views and every thing you could possibly need for a wonderful week. The owners have thought of everything and made our stay very special. Short walks to beach and boardwalk and enjoyed listening to the ocean waves from our bedrooms. A true gem!,

What a view!

We truly enjoyed our week at the house! The view was stunning morning, noon and night! The home was comfortable and beachy. We enjoyed a perfect view of fireworks on the 4th and the back porch was a perfect spot to relax and the kids played board games all week! Thanks for such a great week!

Enjoyed are stay very much, house was perfect and plenty of room, bedroom views were perfect, but you just wanted to be outside on the porch, the breeze was great. fireworks were great, I would highly recommend this house.

We bought this property in 2012 for its spectacular location. We had lived in North Hampton, NH for 29 years at the time and had every intention of staying there - that is, until we spent a couple of weeks on Cliff Ave one fall to do some updating. We loved living here so much that we put our family home on the market six months later and moved in. We absolutely love living here! We have chosen to continue renting the house during the summer months so that we can share this special place with other families.

Laura grew up in Hampton and loved spending time at the beach from the time she was small. This house, in this location is a dream come true.
Dave is a lake guy at heart who grew up spending his summers on a small lake in New Hampshire, but has come to share Laura’s love of the ocean. He says it all about the view!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house is located in a family neighborhood away from the chaos of Hampton’s Boardwalk while still being close enough to easily get to the beach. Most of the nearby homes are owner occupied and many have been in the same families for generations. You will find very few rentals up here on Boar’s Head. When you rent Ferncliffe, you will be amazed by the incredible views (daytime AND nightime) the sunrises and sunsets, and the fireworks that are all visible from this very special spot.
