DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DE LA PROPIEDAD:

Casa de diseño arquitectónico con vista al mar, amueblada en un estilo playero, moderna, cómoda y muy bien equipada. Ubicado en un entorno natural en una reserva natural y justo en la puerta de atrás, se encuentra la pista que conduce a la playa y al parque donde se admiten perros. Playa de náufragos: enclavada entre el amanecer y la playa de Peregian, cuenta con una serie de pintorescos senderos para caminar, y los surfistas locales prefieren el surf.

La casa está constituida con 2 pabellones.

El pabellón principal cuenta con una sala de estar de planta abierta que goza de vistas al océano y se abre a la terraza y al área de la piscina. Dormitorio principal con baño privado y planta baja al segundo dormitorio y baño / lavadero. Cubierta amueblada con barbacoa se une a los dos pabellones.

El segundo pabellón incluye un dormitorio con tocador y arriba a una segunda sala de estar / televisión.

Perfect property

Barefoot Bungalow is the perfect property for a family or group get-together. It ticks all the boxes: ocean views; rainforest garden; walk to beach; pet friendly; swimming pool; great kitchen facilities including BBQ and eating area on outdoor deck; and separate spaces for people to get away and spend time doing whatever it is they want to do. We loved our stay in this house and were visited by the resident green tree frogs every night! We will definitely come back.

Disappointing

We were looking for a house close to the beach and dog friendly. The place was all but dog friendly. The back yard was not maintained, with lots of mosquitoes. Toilet on grind floor did not work. Floor plan is not free flowing. We booked for 8 nights and only stayed 3 nights. We even ask of 2 guests not to bother driving from the Gold Coast. The description is not what we are expected.

Retreat to Barefoot Bungalow

NYE Getaway

I stayed here with my family over NYE and had a great time. Super close to the beach and easy access and great communication with Holiday Homes. The house was real clean and tidy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday house in sunny coast!

Great place to stay

Property has a great set up for a holiday with your children, separate lounge for them. Just needs a toilet in that lounge if you have guests over for a BBQ. Nothing lacking to make the stay enjoyable. Beds very comfortable. Water pressure amazing. Place was clean. Great location

Great location for beach getaway

Holiday rental property 10 mins south of Noosa. Very comfy beds and well appointed house. House could do with a few more blinds to make the rooms a bit darker.

Comfort and Position

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely pet-friendly house. Highlights included the short walk to a brilliant off-leash dog beach, sundowners in the pool and the well-equiped and very comfortable home. Communication was excellent with the property management. Five star recommendation.

Fantastic family holiday

Great spot. Quick and easy walk to dog friendly beach. Quick drive to patrolled beach. House was so well equipped with everything you need. We had a problem with internet and it was dealt with straight away. The property manager could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic.

Dog friendly beach and pool

Property is well presented and you can see the effort of love put into the comfort it has a fully fenced back tropical forest garden with access to beach and park perfect for my dog holiday.

The property is lovely however I would not use HomeAway again. The additional fees are outrageous. Book directly through Noosa holiday rentals.

Winter Break

We brought our children and dog for a short winter break. The great location, with quick access to the beach meant plenty of long walks. The pavilion set up, with multiple decks provided plenty of space to rest and relax and an opportunity to catch the sun, whatever time of the day. The sun seat in the main living room was perfect to read from the well-stocked bookshelves on the windy days. We are looking forward to returning in the warmer months to take advantage of the pool!

OK, but not great

The property was nice but had a weird layout. The second bedroom is not attached to the rest of the house, or the second sitting area. Location was good and beds were comfortable. There were a few issues though. There were ants, a cockroach in the pantry, there was mould on the kids room blind and the main bedroom blinds broke. I had issues with the wifi, which had a flow-on effect for the online compendium and Netflix. In particular the online compendium was not useful, as I had to set up a user name and password and then couldn't find the information I required. I suggest that you have a hard copy version available, as this made me very frustrated. I think there is also something wrong with the fire alarm, as on my last night it went off at 3:30am. I difficulty with the sliding doors and needed to call the property manager to have them closed - they were quite rusty. The person who helped me was wonderful and can't praise them enough. Very helpful and nice.

Laid back location

Really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Bungalow - nice quiet spot and house is well designed and close to the beach. Enjoyed our mornings on the beach and Bbqs on the deck in the evening. Close to both Noosa and Peregian - nothing is too far away. Hope to come back again one day

Wonderful Experience

The house has all you need for a wonderful vacation. Your own pool, a back terrace set in a natural setting, hearing birds, seeing turkeys, and a very comfortable house set you up for a very happy time. It was our first time on the Sunshine Coast and was a revelation. The variety of beaches and the proximity to Noosa Park combined with all the natural beauty and welcoming people made the is a special trip. If we didn't live so far away (New York ) we would return often. This is a place we highly recommend.

This is a house with many comfortable aspects. A pool, a bird paradise back patio, all amenities. The Noosa area was a revelation. Many water sports and beaches. Charming towns, attractive and very nice people. We are very happy we 'found' the Sunshine Coast.

Great location, clean and relaxing

Well positioned house close to everything. Good amenities. View of the ocean and sound of the surt was very relaxing. The only thing that made our stay a bit challenging is that the main living area has no fans or airconditioning and the weather was extremely wet and humid during our stay. However, the bedrooms and a smaller living area are airconditioned. We fully recomend this house.

Photographed well but lacking in reality

The property looked fantastic on the photos but in reality there were features that had we have realised we would have booked elsewhere. The house was unpractical in its layout. The description of the house does not mention that the third bedroom is only accessible by going outside the main house and cannot be accessed from the separate lounge which is across from the middle deck. The pool was a nice feature but there was little space around it and no shade. Providing an umbrella or shade sail should be a must. We were a party of three adults and even though the house sleeps 6 there were only 2 sun beds. One was broken and the other on its way out. We requested a replacement and a third sunbed which was provided. On checking in we had to use an android device. This didn’t work and therefore we had no instructions on how to use or find anything. No backup paper copies. Again this had to be replaced. Even then there were no instructions on how to work the appliances. The oven was a challenge to actually turn on! We shared the house for a week with a family of cockroaches but apparently this is to be expected in Queensland. We have holidayed for years at various destinations and have never encountered this before. The back garden is a bush block, not ideal for children to play in so expect to take them to the local park. The beach is close but you must cross a busy road to get there. The beds were comfy although the blinds didn’t help in the early morning when the sun came up. Overall the house was clean and well appointed but just not right for us.

Relaxing Family Holiday

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week, the kids loved swimming in the pool everyday. We have little kids so the room downstairs wasn't perfect with the stairs being unsafe, and the kids wanted to go up and down all the time, though we knew this when we booked and we made it work.
