Ventura is a well‑maintained, gated golf community with upscale homes and condos, giving a more private, serene feel than being right next to big highways or tourist crowds. You get luxury living, lush landscaping, security, and amenities, without being completely isolated.
Our condo is not far from what matters:
• Close to Orlando International Airport (about 6 miles) which is very convenient for travel.
• Not far from downtown Orlando (around 8 miles) and from many shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
• Less than 25 minutes from local theme parks! (Disney, Universal, etc.)

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
You wake up with the sound of birds, maybe see ducks swimming in the pond, a perfect view overlooking from your private balcony. The greenery, water, ponds, walking paths in the community are peaceful. On weekends, rounds of golf are casual and scenic. Maybe hit the driving range, then brunch or lunch at the 19th Hole, overlooking the course or pool. Having a private beach, green spaces, exercise options, courts, playgrounds all inside the gated area means less need to drive for things you want. Neighborhood doesn’t feel “touristy.” It’s for people everything Orlando has to offer while enjoying quality of life, calm, luxury, and community.
