✨️ Only a short 7 minute walk to Crumpsall tram station and to the nearest bus stop which connects you to the City Centre.
✨️The local Spar as well as laundrette are also within a 7min walking distance.
✨️The accommodation is a side extension to a house but has its own Private entrance, with an ensuite private bathroom/shower.
✨️The accommodation is equipped with a smart TV & free Wi-Fi connection. The room features high ceilings & a double bed with a Kitchenette (fridge, kettle & microwave only). No cooking is allowed in the unit.
Other things to note Parking & House Rules;
✨️Parking is free on all the connecting streets. There is also private parking on a slightly elevated driveway.
✨️Although the accommodation within the side extension is private with a separate entrance, guests should be mindful that a family is living in the semi detached house. Therefore, reasonable sound/noise should be expected and the requested quiet times should be followed, thanks.
✨️ We would also kindly request that you remain on our side of the driveway upon entering, as there is no fence separating our driveway from the neighbours.

- No parties, events, or loud noise. No smoking inside the property. Pets are not allowed
- Check-in & check-out times must be followed. Additional charges apply for check-in and check-out outside of the designated times.
