The space
A lovely property for discerning guests in Tahoe's most desired family vacation location--Tahoe Meadows. Walkable to Heavenly Valley Ski gondola and Heavenly Village or a short 5 minute drive to Heavenly parking lot California side.

A charming newer 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin in exclusive South Shore Tahoe Meadows -- a 100 acre environmental gated community with one mile of private unobstructed beachfront. Cabin has knotty pine ceilings, log banisters and posts, sunny window seat, huge floor to ceiling river-rock fireplace, loft, gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, skylights, views and art collections. No window coverings in most rooms to enjoy the light and views. Enjoy the "Old Tahoe" feel in this planned open-space environmental resort community; woodsy, peaceful and serene, yet close to everything--walkable to Stateline, casinos, Heavenly Valley Ski Gondola, Marriott Development, fine shops and restaurants. Guests will appreciate the quiet after 10 pm, the speed bumps and low posted speeds, the nature and designated no-walk wildlife/nature areas, and a spectacularly clean and well-stocked private home which is only lightly rented.

This quiet, extremely clean and well-maintained newer property is perfect for those seeking a higher-end and pristine private home in an exclusive gated community with security on site. Not appropriate for groups, bachelor parties, events or receptions. Six is the maximum number allowed in the cabin at all times, unless prior approval requested and accepted in advance (ie in the case of a two family rental). This includes all guests staying or just coming by to visit, including children and infants. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Located off Hiway 50 between Pioneer Trail and Ski Run Blvd. in South Lake Tahoe. Please note the property backs onto the major road and traffic can be seen and heard at times; however the upside in winter is that it is an easier drive out of the woods to the slopes!

Guest access
Entire home and entire 100 acre gated community of Tahoe Meadows and one mile private beachfront.

Driveway access to property will be cleared of snow for arrival.
