Whether you're preparing a quick beachside snack or a full family dinner, this fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. The dining table seats six comfortably—perfect for shared meals, board games, or spending quality time with friends and family.

LIVING AREA
Coastal Glimpse features a spacious living room with comfortable seating for all guests—a warm and inviting space to relax and enjoy quality time together. It includes a cozy sofa, two modern chairs, and a plush recliner—perfect for curling up by the fireplace on cooler days. A 50” Smart TV with extended cable offers plenty of entertainment for movie nights or quiet mornings, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach.

SLEEPING
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with plenty of space to stretch out:
Primary Suite (Upstairs) – King bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen Smart TV, and a large closet for easy storage.
Guest Bedroom (Downstairs) – Two full beds, a ceiling fan, a closet and a smart TV.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms feature thoughtfully chosen finishes:
Downstairs Bathroom – Walk in shower and a separated vanity, and plenty of lighting.
Upstairs Bathroom – Features a tub/shower combo, a separated vanity and plenty of lighting.

B314 is made up for you to have the perfect beach vacation and is filled with thoughtful additions to enhance your stay.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Beautiful location and walking distance to the beach. Our place was clean, organized, and had lots of thoughtful touches. Everything you need is here! Lots of fans, a pack n play, beach toys and a wagon to haul them back and forth. Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Great for kids and families. Our host was kind and highly responsive. We had a minor issue (and didn’t even ask for them to come fix it) and they responded immediately and sent someone to come remedy the issue. Great communication and a very helpful host in every way.

We enjoyed our stay in Unit B314. Communication was top notch from On the Sand Vacation Rentals. On the Sand Vacation Rentals left a sweet snack basket, and water which was a nice touch. Everything was as pictured! The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated.The bedding and towels were in excellent condition. I appreciated having enough towels to get ready, and the bedding was cozy. We did not cook, but the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a meal at the property. Living room furniture, and the beds were comfortable. Gorgeous view from the primary bedroom! They had a helpful binder with maps and things to do. We did not use any of them, but there were boogie boards and sand toys that would enhance any beach time you have. Would stay again! Thank you!!!

Unit B314 was a great clean condo near the ocean! I loved the neutral calming blues and beach decor. The kitchen was furnished with many useful dishes and new appliances. The bath towels were nice and plush and very fresh white, they also had plenty of hangers and nice open shelving in the closets. The balcony upstairs was nice as well which allowed for a small glimpse of the ocean. The North Shore grounds were absolutely beautiful too! Our family would definitely love to come back again!
