Welcome to your perfect Edisto escape! This tastefully decorated 2BR/2BA cottage is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. The master suite features a king bed and spa-like bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo. The guest room offers queen-over-queen bunks with its own bath, and the sofa folds out into a comfy queen with a memory foam mattress.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up your favorite Lowcountry meals. Outside, you’ll love the covered ocean-themed bar with plenty of seating, a TV, swinging chairs, and even an outdoor shower. The large fenced backyard includes a dog kennel with window-unit AC to keep your pups cool.
Take the short nature trail behind the house to a scenic salt pond. You’re just 1.6 miles to the Live Oak Boat Landing (a fisherman’s dream) and only 3 miles to the beach. A SC State Park pass is included for your stay, plus Edisto’s Plantation Course is just 7 miles away for the golfers in your group.

A native of the Augusta, GA area, I have enjoyed visiting Edisto since I was a child. In September of 2025, I was finally able to make my dream come true and own my first beach house. I have been involved in property management and real estate investing for 20+ years so it made sense for me to share Tres-Margaritas with others while me and my family also enjoy it during the down time. I have enjoyed making this home stylish and comfortable and I hope that you and your family / friends will make special memories too! Cheers!

This location offers such a peaceful and serene experience in the low country. From the time that you turn down the dirt road and meander through the tunnel of moss laden live oaks, you will know that you have found a quiet and secluded little slice of heaven and still so close to the beach, boat ramp, restaurants and grocery store.

What makes this home unique is the amazing space under the house. You feel like you are in a tropical cabana on a lush island. There is a beautiful custom made bar, large TV, string lights, outdoor shower and even an air conditioned kennel for the pups to be close and comfortable.
