This marvelous house in Pimpama offers three cozy bedrooms - two with queen beds and one with a twin bed. With two bathrooms featuring showers, guests will feel right at home. The property boasts heating, AC, a hair dryer, and an iron for convenience. This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Pimpama. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

We offer a smooth and contactless self check-in process using a secure key lockbox, so you can settle in at your own pace—whether you’re arriving with the sunset or under a sky full of stars.

The code and instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Please check your messages before setting off, and don’t hesitate to reach out if anything is unclear.

Starter Comforts, Thoughtfully Provided

To help you ease into your stay, we’ve prepared a small welcome bundle—tea, coffee, body wash, shampoo, dish soap, and toilet paper. These are meant to get you started, not stocked for the full stay, so feel free to top up at nearby supermarkets if needed.

Quiet Hours:

To respect the peaceful environment of our neighbourhood, we ask that guests observe quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This ensures a calm stay for everyone, including our neighbours.

Parking Notes:

You’ll have access to your own secure garage, and there is additional street parking available. Please take care not to park on yellow lines and never block driveways (including your own or the neighbour’s). Council rules are strict, and we want to avoid any issues during your stay.
