3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus sleeper sofa, your group will rest & recharge. Outfitted with mountain vacations in mind~ fish in the creek, roast marshmallows at the firepit, relax in the hot tub, gaze at mountain views, enjoy private decks, space for outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ grill.
Once the day's adventures are done, settle in by the fireplace and sleep peacefully in comfortable beds.

The space
GSM Basecamp will quickly become your favorite Maggie Valley getaway, with a long list of amenities that include a private hot tub and your own stretch of trout stream.

Located in the heart of Maggie Valley, the two story home is a short walk to public parks, Maggie Valley Festival Grounds and shopping.

Stepping onto the front deck and through the front door, you know you're going to feel at home in the mountains. Stone fireplace, leather recliners, Smart TVs and of course High Speed Internet, are just a few of the special touches that welcome you inside.

Your entire group can gather in the open great room, and enjoy dinner, prepared in the well equipped kitchen. Not interested in cooking while on vacation? Visit one of Maggie Valley's great restaurants, or enjoy take-out on your private back deck, while listening to the creek ripple over smooth stones. Finish off a full day of exploring with a warm and relaxing soak in the hot tub or sit by the firepit~ don't forget your marshmallows!
The main level provides a king bedroom, just steps from hall bath and laundry.

The upper level includes two additional bedrooms, both with private balconies. A second king bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom, provide comfortable space for the entire family. Pack-N-Play is also available in upper bedroom closet and a pull out sofa sleeps two in the living room.

The location is ideal with year round paved access, a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the quaint town of Waynesville where you will enjoy shopping and dining. Stroll along Main Street, enjoy a candied apple or an ice cream cone, stop in Mast General Store and enjoy a photo op with Waynesville's historic gateway to the Great Smoky Mountain National park archway over Main Street.
