Wake up each morning to a commanding view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy dunes at this one-bedroom, oceanfront condo at Amelia Surf and Racquet.

This third-floor condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind, as you'll be steps from the pristine beach, the community pool, and four clay tennis courts, and within easy walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton. Inside, you'll find an attractive, air-conditioned living space with a fully appointed kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi, among other at-home comforts. There's a shared oceanfront balcony as well, which is accessed through both the living room and the bedroom.

safe and secure property. excellent communication. well manicured grounds and pool area. clean inside. fyi for potential renters consideration includes window was either filthy or broken seal which distorted the ocean view. somewhat opaque curtains in living room made it uncomfortable to outsiders seeing inside at night. no instructions provided to close shutters for privacy. could not get infinity tv to connect because after two days we discovered the cable was disconnected. we would still recommend it anyhow.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, well equipped and right on the ocean. We have stayed at this complex many times before and appreciate its location, the security, and the tennis courts.

We loved it. The only thing there was not a scrubber or washcloth to wash dishes with. No pot holders to get hot tray out of oven. Overall it was great! Loved it had a shower not a tub. My husband cannot step over a tub for using a shower. This was great in this unit. We will come again

Perfect getaway spot

This condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The view of the ocean is incredible and the beach was a very short walk away. It was quiet and clean and only a short distance from downtown.

Beach Vacay

We had such a good time, the morning sunrise was amazing and the weather was perfect. The restaurants were close and on our next bus we will revisit them. Our accommodations were cozy and quaint, we had everything we needed to cook and chill out on the couch.

Beautiful oceanfront view! Comfortable condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few toiletry and dishwashing items missing,, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall we had a pleasant experience and loved the ocean view!
