Welcome to your new favorite place to vacation! This wonderfully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa is a delight. With its modern beach vibe and updated touches, this villa stands out from the rest. The open living and dining areas are spacious; there is a pullout sofa and two swivel club chairs in the living area, and the dining table seats six (there is also space for four more at the eat-at bar). The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sleek black fixtures.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, lovely modern furniture, a desk for those enjoying a working holiday, and an en-suite. The en-suite features double vanities and an updated jetted tub/shower combo with tile surround. The second bedroom features two beds—one queen and the other full. This bedroom also has an en-suite with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has a futon too! This bedroom connects to the guest bath, which has a tub/shower combo.

The back porch has a table and seating for four; it overlooks the lovely grounds of Kingston Resorts. Please note that this unit is on the second floor.
