The main level includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms. The walk-out basement is a studio-style – spacious living room, bed, full bathroom, and laundry room. Enjoy water views from the screened-in porch and downstairs patio. Spend time on the dock, by the fire or grilling dinner! Cozy Cove is a great escape.

When you book, you’re provided with a private camp with rustic charm. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 studio bedroom with living room, 2 full bathrooms, main level living room, dining room, full kitchen, screened-in porch, downstairs patio, BBQ grill, firepit, 1 kayak and 1 canoe, and a private dock. Nothing is shared except for the floating dock in the water (shared with neighbors).

THE EXTERIOR:

-WATERFRONT Details: Located on Round Pond and it's not shared with any other guests. The water access is just outside the front door of the house. Cozy Cove Road is between the house and the waterfrontage. The front yard overlooking the yard is large and peaceful. Note that the waterfrontage is not suitable for swimming, as there is no sandy entry, its best for enjoying the dock, fishing, kayak/canoeing, or sitting and enjoying the view.

-The DOCK (private) and FLOATING DOCK (shared with neighbors) is put in around Memorial Day and taken out around the mid-end of September.

-KAYAK AND CANOE: You’ll have access to 1 kayak and 1 canoe, 4 life jackets provided. Available around Memorial Day to around the mid-end of September.

-The FIREPIT is located down by the water. Firewood is provided and is located down by the water. Available year-round.

-The GRILL is located by the side entrance of the house near the garage. Propane tank available and cooking utensils located in the kitchen. Available year-round.

MAIN LEVEL DETAILS:

-The KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances: fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, island, grilling utensils, basic cooking necessities such as pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, etc., and a coffee station with coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar.

-The LIVING ROOM has a couch, recliner chair, coffee table and end tables – great space to read a book or play a card game. The firepit shown is not operational.

-The DINING ROOM has a 6 seat table that overlooks the pond. There is also a small breakfast bar that seats two. You can access the walk-out basement directly off the dining room.

-BEDROOM #1 has a queen bed, charging station, side tables, small plastic dresser, ceiling fan, and closet.

-BEDROOM #2 has a full bed, charging station, side tables, small plastic dresser, ceiling fan, and closet.

-The BATHROOM is a full bathroom with a stand up shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is included.

-The SCREENED-IN PORCH is the perfect area to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

WALK-OUT BASEMENT DETAILS:

- The LIVING ROOM has a sliding glass door with water views that take you to a small patio with seating outside. Inside there is a couch, end tables and TV that has Chromecast so that you can sign into any of your desired applications such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. The firepit shown is not operational.

-The STUDIO BEDROOM has a queen bed, side tables, small plastic dresser and stand-up fan.

-The BATHROOM is a full bathroom with a stand up shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is included.

-The LAUNDRY ROOM has a washer and dryer that is available for use during your stay.

-AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT: Window AC units are provided in the summer. For heat, there are two thermostats, one upstairs and one downstairs. The interior fireplaces that you see are not operational. There is a fan in each bedroom.

-PETS are welcome! – 2 pets max. The cost to bring a pet or 2 total pets is $30 total. If you are bringing a pet, you must let your host know prior to your arrival. Please cover the couches with the pet sheets provided and pick up after your pet. Thank you in advance.

Other things to note:
Prior to checking out please triple check to make sure you have all your personal belongings. Its a common occurrence for personal items to be left behind. We are happy to ship them out to you, we just ask that you please cover the cost of shipping and a $5 fee that goes directly to our housekeeper for her time. Thank you in advance!
