Beachfront 3BR, 1.5BA Home with Private Pool & Ocean Views. Just steps from the sand, this spacious retreat offers a bright living area, full kitchen, and terrace to soak up sea breezes. Spend your days swimming in the pool or walking the shoreline, then return to cozy bedrooms with fresh linens for a restful night. Ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and create lasting memories by the beach.
The space
Bedroom 1 has one queen bed with a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds. Bedroom 3 has four double beds and 2 single beds, ideal for large groups. Guests enjoy Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open living area. Outside, relax by the private pool, use the outdoor shower, and take advantage of exclusive access with secure parking.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining areas, private pool, terrace, outdoor shower, garage, and parking. For security and storage, two small rooms in the house will remain locked and are not part of the rental space. Otherwise, the whole home and amenities are yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
Extra beds: Bedroom 3 has multiple queen and double beds, great for groups, but please confirm total guest count when booking.
Caretaker: An on-site caretaker is available if needed but will respect your privacy.
Locked rooms: Two small storage rooms remain locked and are not part of the rental.
Beachfront living: Being so close to the ocean means you may hear waves and occasional sounds from nearby activity.
Pool use: Please supervise children in the pool at all times for safety. Floaties for children , pool games and floating beds available for more fun!
Ocean Use: Please be cautious when swimming as the waves can get big and ensure children are supervised at all times. Life jackets available upon request to the caretaker.
Parking: Garage and on-site parking are included for your convenience.
Supplies: Starter toiletries and basic cooking essentials are provided; longer stays may require refills.
