Guests have full access to the main upstairs level of the home. The lower level is a separate apartment with its own private entrance, which may occasionally be occupied, but your space — including both front and back decks — and front yard, remains completely private.
The driveway accommodates two cars comfortably (it is steep, as is common in the Guerneville hills). To ensure easy access for all, we ask guests to park on the right side of the driveway following our parking instructions.
There is shared laundry downstairs.
