In the town of Punat in Croatia, we offer beautiful boutique apartments that enchant with their romantic location just 80 meters from the sea and the main beach. Each apartment offers a stunning view of the calm blue sea and the nearby bay and provides top-notch amenities for a perfect vacation. A highlight are the private pools, private terraces, and Cortille in every bedroom, ensuring an intimate and luxurious atmosphere. From each room, there is access to the pool area and the terrace, allowing a gentle connection with the outdoor ambiance and magical moments at sunset.

This is our second tourist complex, which we are creating with joy and passion. We strive to offer our guests something special, something they will remember and return for. We are convinced that there is too much ordinary offer on the market and that guests deserve something better, so we decided to build boutique apartments that inspire guests and offer them peace, rest, and complete relaxation. We are constantly improving our apartments and looking for what else we could improve.

Over time, we became actively involved in local tourism and community life. When we discovered this unique location, just steps from the sea and the beach, we knew right away that it was the perfect place to create something truly special. Peaceful, inviting, and full of character. it’s an exceptional spot we’re proud to share with others.
