Cerca del corazón de Kiama, Surf Beach y el histórico Kiama Showground. Esta casa ahora se ha transformado, un hogar lejos del hogar.

Moderna casa adosada de 2 habitaciones: habitación principal con cama tamaño queen, vestidor, ventilador de techo, aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso y baño privado.
B / habitación 2 tiene 2 camas king que pueden formar una cama king, una bata completa, ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso. Ambos arriba con balcón pequeño. También hay una cuna portátil disponible para un bebé.
En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de estar abierta que consta de una nueva cocina, comedor y sala de estar con televisión inteligente, acceso WiFi, área al aire libre con barbacoa, mesa y sillas.

Property was extremely clean and modern, with all necessary equipment. Was an easy stroll to main beach and short drive to Main Street. We were a family of 4 with two teens sharing a room upstairs, so multiple bathroom facilities were handy. Property had all the modern conveniences you need.

Perfect place to stay; close to the beach, walk to restaurants or dine in at the house. The house was impeccable, beds were comfy, a range of amenities provided to make your stay enjoyable. This is our 2nd stay here and we loved it this stay as much as our 1st stay 4 years ago.Location is perfect, walk or scooter everywhere, complex is very quiet, property is well kept, tidy and has all the amenities that you need including a washing machine.Property has been updated since we last stayed and they did a really good job.Can not recommend this property enough. Great location and lovely place

The place was great for our family holiday. You can easily walk to beaches, restaurants and shops. It was clean, quiet and well appointed. Definitely stay here again when visiting Kiama.

We had a fantastic week in Kiama staying at this beautiful property. It is perfectly positioned to walk to Surf and Kendals beaches and into town for the cafes and restaurants.The cleanliness and quality of the house were exceptional and the amenities provided allowed for a true home from home experience. The coffee machine was a lovely touch and having a washing machine, full washing line and vacuum helped managed those sandy trips to the beach.Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend this fantastic house!

Our accommodation was absolutely perfect , clean tidy, kitchen appliances fantastic, great fridge and a well equipped unit on every aspect.Bedding extremely comfortable , as same for the linen and bath towels.Highly recommended and we will certainly be booking again for our next trip down south. Loved this property and location.Everything was exceptionally clean, well furnished and accessible.Rarely do you get a property that meets or exceeds what's in the pics however we can honestly say this place met and exceeded our expectations.We would definitely consider coming back here, the next time we visit Kaima.

Perfect family getaway

Perfect break from the last year, close to the beach and easy enough to walk to testy and the supermarket. Everything we needed to relax after a day on the beach.

Wonderful time

We loved our stay in Kiama so much. The property was walking distance to beach and cafes was great being able to walk everywhere. The house was clean well equipped with everything you need, was a great area, perfect for our stay. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location

Family had a great time. Close to the beach and shops we were able to walk most places rather than taking the car all the time. House was comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Hi Michelle, so glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the railway station is a convenient 7 min walk from our place. Handy for guests who either want to jump on train from Sydney instead of driving, as everything in Kiama is within walking distance from our place, or, if interstate guest's prefer to travel from the airport, or want to do a day trip to Sydney, instead of battling the crazy city traffic. Quite a scenic trip to Sydney actually, done it many times ourselves. Thanks again Kerrie and Garry
