Welcome to Milepost Manor, a breathtaking and spacious 3,016 sqft home with high-end furnishings and finishes throughout! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom retreat sleeps up to 11 adults comfortably with the option of a 12th person (infant) in a pack n’ play. This home sits at the gateway to all the outdoor activities that make Bend popular: skiing, sledding, biking, zip-lining, hiking, and rafting; it is just a 15-minute drive away! Stare at the stars from the 6-person saltwater hot tub, play cornhole in the large grassy yard, or play one of the many board games within the home.
Just a short distance from the best of Bend:
- 15 minutes to Mt. Bachelor (keep driving to access a plethora of hiking trails and lakes along the seasonal Cascade Lake Highway)
- 0.8 miles from Widgi Creek Golf Course
- 10 minutes to the heart of Bend (Downtown, The Shops at Old Mill Shopping, Amphitheater, Box Factory, NWX)
- 1 block away from Deschutes River Trail System
- 30 minutes from RDM airport
MAIN AREAS
- Living: Grand foyer welcomes you with ceilings that soar into the living room with large sectional sofa, Smart TV with access to your favorite apps, and plethora of board games. Internet is fast at 1G and complimentary for guests.
- Dining: Open to dining room surrounded by windows, large table that comfortably seats up to 10.
- Kitchen: Stunning, open-concept kitchen with large island that seats 5 and comes with all the creature comforts of home. Fully-stocked kitchen offers appliances small and large, serveware, utensils, cookwares, plates, bowls, glasses, basic spices, some condiments, and oils. There is a large drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee beans and grinder.
BED + BATH
All bedrooms come with full set of bed linens, down-comforters, pillows, and window shades. Mattresses are high-quality memory foam. Bathrooms all offer hair dryers, towels, soaps for hand, body, hair, and toilet paper.
- Bedroom 1 (primary King suite): Located on the main level, this large and private suite has a Tempur-pedic King Mattress, SmartTV, dresser, and access to the back patio and hot tub. The private ensuite bathroom (Bathroom 1) offers a walk-in shower, dual sink vanities, and a built-in bidet on the toilet.
- Bedroom 2 (secondary King suite): Located on the second floor, this retreat has beautiful views of the pine trees, king bed, dresser, SmartTV, and private ensuite bathroom (Bathroom 2) with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 3 (Queen): Upstairs with queen bed, dresser, SmartTV, walk-in closet, with shared access to the jack n’ jill bathroom (Bathroom 3) shared with bedroom 4. Bathroom 3 has a dual sink vanity, a tub/shower combo, and toilet.
- Bedroom 4 (Queen): Upstairs with queen bed, dresser, SmartTV, with shared access to the jack n’ jill bathroom (Bathroom 3) shared with bedroom 3.
- Bedroom 5 (Twin over Queen): Located of the foyer, this den has a twin-over-queen modern steel bunk bed, closet, and SmartTV.
- Bathroom 4 is located on the main floor and is a half bathroom with sink and toilet

- 6-person salt water hot tub available year round for guests, professionally cleaned and maintained between each stay, towels provided
- Gas firepit with four Adirondack chairs, complimentary s’more kit upon check-in!

GARAGE + PARKING
- Four parking spots: two in garage and two on driveway. Please note: there is no street parking allowed per HOA.

LAUNDRY
- Large laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Complimentary detergent provided. There is a sink in this room along with some dryer balls to use along with clothing steamer.
KIDDOS
- The owners having loving outfitted this home for parents of young children. There are toys, books, play pads, a high chair, pack n’ play, and monitoring gear for the littles.
PETS
- Up to two (2) well-behaved dogs are allowed per reservation. Owners must clean up after their dogs, may not leave dog(s) unattended and barking, and may not allow dogs on furniture. A $99 non-refundable pet fee is collected at time of booking for us to accommodate furry friends, but this does not cover any pet-related damage which would be charged separately in that event.

- Guests have access to the entire home except for the housekeeping closet in the primary bathroom
