El nuevo Blue Pearl ha sido exquisitamente amueblado con todos los detalles imaginables en un alquiler de vacaciones. 2 de las 4 habitaciones están amuebladas con camas extra grandes, 1 tiene una cama doble y la cuarta habitación tiene 2 camas individuales. Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is extremely clean but there was no fire pit outside.. As we were looking forward to sitting outside. My only other complaint was the bathroom situation. The smallest bathroom in the house was used by everyone in the house besides Master Bedroom.Other than that an extremely clean that a family or friends can gather in.

The house was clean & the pool area was beautiful. The outside loungers could use to be replaced. The location was close to everything. The main bathroom is placed in the 4 th bedroom, which is not real convenient. The property management team was really responsive.

The pool is the best part of this listing although the chaise lounges need thrown on the trash. Three of the four are not useable. We didn’t figure out if the pool light works or not. The house is older on the outside, beautiful vegetation, but areas around it need attention. There is a wood deck/patio off the back that is broken up and rotted, loose gravel in that area. No fire pit as shown.Inside the bedrooms were updated nicely. The master bedroom bath has a bathtub that would be hard for some access. It has very high sides. The toilet in there has a backwards handle for the flush that is hard to push. The only other bathroom for everyone to use is very small. The vanity needs replaced. Too small for a main bath. The kitchen is sufficient, but small and the laundry area is in the kitchen. Not ideal. No Keurig just a traditional coffee maker. The front door area needs maintenance and cleaned up/ painted.The neighbor is average, but quiet. You will need to drive wherever you want to go. Nothing close by. Over decent for the price.

Great location and pool was large enough for our group. Rooms were nice. Some kitchen items need repair or replacement and some maintenance around the pool is needed. We would consider staying here again if these things are taken care of in advance.

Only 3 real bedrooms only one with a bathroom. There is a very small shower room close to the living room that also has two single beds Also only two toilets one in the bedroom’s bathroom the other one in this small shower room I would not recommend for more than 6 people maxDue to I’m sure the lack of care from renters a lot of items lack maintenance ... pool chairs in poor condition same goes for pots and pans and a lot of little things For the price paid I was expecting higher standards

Fantastic pool!

Huge heated pool, our 4 grandsons (ages 2-9) had the best time in it! Good location, small but very nice interior. Would definitely consider renting again.

This was an AMAZING SPOT. BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE pool with a completely fenced in yard. This place was a real hidden gem and I would book it over and over. It has everything you need right at your finger tips and more. I can’t say enough good things about this property! We WILL be back!

Your own private resort

This house has everything you would want in your own private resort. Big pool, dining space outside and even a fire pit. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also a perfect size. Home is located near beach and restaurants. Perfect stay for our family of 7.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed for our annual family vacation and we had a great time in that pool, it was amazing. The house is small but very cozy. The only downfall is that both bathrooms are in the bedrooms but other then that is perfect. The pool is perfect!!!!
