About this space
Rest, relax, and rejuvenate in this spacious home with luxury decor, furnishings, and black out curtains in each room In this well appointed home your family will enjoy all the amenities we offer from a pool table & game room to the outdoor grill & seating. Get ready to make some memories!

The space:
5000 SQ ft 2 level home. 5 bed 3.5 bath with luxury furnishings, decor, and finishes.
*Main Level: Fully stocked large and open kitchen that makes cooking for a crowd a pleasant experience. Every chef loves the Granite Counters and Stainless Appliances, Gas Stove and Double Ovens. The Dining table extends easily to seat 10 and 2 barstools at the bar for a total of 12. There are 2 highchairs available upon request as well. The main level also has 1/2 bath, Mudroom, Laundry Room (Washer Dryer Steamer), Swctional Sofa, Large TV, Gas Fireplace. The Master Suite features a King Bed with luxury bedding and blackout curtains, a large Smart TV, Master Bath has Granite counters with double sink, an oversized tub and oversized shower as well as a walk in closet. Guest Bath has Granite Counters with a tub shower combo, Bedroom 2 Features a Queen sized bed and a large wall mounted Smart TV. 2 car garage as well as 2-3 spaces on the driveway. Outdoor space includes a propane Gas Grill, Outdoor Swing and Covered Dining area, folding tables and chairs are also available for outdoor events such as showers and bridal parties etc.
*Basement includes Great room with a pool table and lots of board games to choose from as well as a large smart TV, Full bath with tub shower combo, Bedroom 3 Features a King Sized Bed, 2 rollaway twin beds, a pack n play, and Smart TV, Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 have queen beds with smart TVs. In the nook of the great room you will find 2 twin beds and a sleeping mat bringing occupancy sleeping limit to 15. This home is centrally located with easy access to I-15 and West Davis Corridor. Close to shopping, tons of restaurants, and many indoor and outdoor activities as well as Lagoon, Antelope Island, HAFB, Theatres, Ski Resorts, Hiking/Waterfall Trails, Golf, Biking Trails, Aquarium, etc.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest places we've ever stayed at. Well stocked, very comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is set up to have a large group and not feel crowded with the two separate living room areas. Also, the host Laura was very responsive and took great care of us. I would recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay. The house is spacious and very clean. We felt right at home. This house is incredibly well-stocked and fully loaded. The game room and pool table are great additions. The owners truly thought of everything guests might need, making our stay so convenient and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this home. We would love to come back!

This house was absolutely wonderful, and perfect for what we needed. It was spacious enough to fit our extended family while making preparations for a wedding. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream and well stocked. The yard is beautiful with a lovely seating area. We would absolutely stay here again, our best VRBO experience yet, the hosts are amazing. Very highly recommended!!

The property was absolutely amazing! So clean and so many amenities. The only thing (which wasn’t even a huge deal) is the website says checkout is at 11, but it’s actually 10am. We were out around 9, so not a huge deal for us, but just be aware. All and all a wonderful trip, check in was so easy, they were very friends and the house was comfy and beautiful! We would 100% stay here again!

No contact or reply after numerous attempts on my end through VzRB), email, text and attempted calling. Incomplete phone number and no valid email. VRBO flagged you as a high risk and said if I didn't cancel the reservation they would not pay for the damage you likely would cause. So ya. Next time answer your messages so you don't look like a fake account trying to throw a party and not pay for the damage.

Absolutely a fantastic host and a beautiful property! Laura was so worried about us enjoying our stay and that made it feel very welcoming. We used this property as a home base for our family vacation. We purchased the Get Out Utah pass which included lots of activities. We went to Lagoon (amusement park), a MiLB baseball game (Bees), bowling, mini golf - so many options. Lagoon allows you to bring in outside food and Laura made sure we had a cooler, blanket and tablecloths to bring with us. She really went above and beyond. As other reviewers have stated this property is pristine! I don't think there was even any dust above the kitchen cabinets!! Everything was spotless. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. The kitchen has everything you need: crock pot, Instant pot, griddle, plenty of pans and cookware, spices. Plenty of space to spread out and lots of comfortable bedrooms for everyone. The pool table was a family favorite. This house would be an excellent place for entertaining. You could easily host holiday dinners or family events at this property.Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

This home is so spacious, with an open floor plan it feels roomie even when there are a lot of guests inside. Its easy to host events (baby showers, bridals showers, etc and our favorite, large family meals due to the chef kitchen and large dining area. We have lots of board games and puzzles in the great room downstairs for kids and adults, as well as a regulation pool table and lots of toys for the younger children. The outdoor space is also a great spot to hang out with a BBQ Grill, and a seating area
