The open-concept living area features hardwood floors, exposed brick, and custom artwork, offering the perfect mix of charm and modern design. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and seating at the oversized island—ideal for cooking, dining, and entertaining.

Each of the five bedrooms were thoughtfully designed. The primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath. Three additional bedrooms offer queen beds with large windows and natural light, while the fifth bedroom doubles as a media room with a sleeper sofa and 65" screen TV.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of garage parking (suitable for large vehicles, though it can be tight!), a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private outdoor area.
Whether you’re here for sightseeing or relaxing, our home is a short 5-minute walk to the Metro, making it easy to access all DC has to offer. We’ve included neighborhood recommendations in the listing photos and will also share a personalized guide to help you make the most of your stay.
Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum—this home isn’t suitable for parties or loud groups. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am daily.

You can stroll to the Metro in just 5 minutes, grab coffee from local cafés, or explore restaurants and bars along 14th Street. Many of DC’s top attractions are only a short Metro or rideshare away, making it easy to get downtown without the noise and traffic.
