The Space:

Nestled between verdant golf courses and the lush Punta Cana jungle, this exquisite villa is the perfect home away from home for families, friends, or co-workers. Relax in style and sophistication at our sprawling compound, which features 5 full bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a private outdoor pool.



On the ground floor, guests will enjoy spending time with each other in the private courtyard or the airy living room - both feature ample seating for everybody. And meal times have never been so scenic; choose a dinner “al fresco” at the outdoor dining table or savor the air-conditioned breezes in the interior dining room.



Whether you prefer to utilize our private chef services or cook a meal yourself, the gourmet kitchen has every appliance and tool necessary to whip up a feast for the whole group. The high-end stainless steel appliances and sleek white cabinetry are just as functional as they are fashionable. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar which works well as a kid’s table or an ice cream buffet.



The ground floor also features 2 spacious bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size bed, the other bedroom with two queen-size beds. The remaining 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There, you’ll find the luxurious master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, and two bedrooms which each feature two queen-size beds. In total, the villa has 8 beds and can comfortably accommodate at least 12 guests.



All that golf and sunbathing can be exhausting, so we provide top-of-the-line mattresses, premium bedding, cable TV (with international channels), and air-conditioning in every bedroom. You’ll drift off to sleep in complete comfort and wake up to the sounds of tropical birds.



Each of the villa’s bathrooms feature artful tile work, stylish fixtures, and fluffy towels. We also provide essentials like hair dryers and toiletries.



When you’re not exploring the beaches and attractions of the surrounding Punta Cana area, there are plenty of spaces to enjoy right here at the villa. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the private pool - exclusively for guests of the villa - and relax on the chaise lounges on the pool deck. The living room also offers a comfortable place to hang out and socialize, with large sofas and vaulted ceilings. Throughout the home, you’ll notice unique artwork and beach-inspired furnishings that make it a special place to create memories for a lifetime.



Guest Access:

In addition to the whole villa, guests can access the amenities of Punta Cana Resort, including the restaurants and bars, the gym, the marina, Corales Beach, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, and La Cana Beach Club.



The Neighborhood:

The villa sits in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated community.



Punta Cana Resort features two golf courses: P.B. Dye's La Cana and Tom Fazio's Corales. The resort is also home to several fabulous dining options, and the Six Senses Spa is one of the island’s best spas.



Punta Cana is home to many beautiful beaches, including Playa Bavaro, Arena Gorda (there’s public access via the Ocean Blue & Sand Service Entrance), Playa Juanillo in Cap Cana, and the secluded Macao Beach.

Getting Around:

The villa is 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, 30 minutes from Bavaro, and 40 minutes from Casa de Campo by car.



In order to explore the Punta Cana area, which will allow you to enjoy the island to the fullest, driving is recommended. Please let us know if we can assist with arranging car service or a rental.



Other Things to Note:

One round-trip airport transfer is included in the price of your stay.



A security deposit of $1,500 , facilitated by the Host, is required at check-in, payable by cash or credit card. In case any damage is made to the Property, the value of the goods or repairs will be deducted from the deposit in case the damage is equal or less than the amount of the deposit.



Interaction with Guests:

From the moment you arrive at the airport, we will ensure your stay is as smooth and relaxing as possible. One of our drivers will be awaiting your arrival and will drive you directly to the villa. A member of our professional concierge team will welcome you and provide a tour of the property.



Once you are settled, our concierge will allow for as much privacy as you’d like, and we are available around the clock if you have any questions. We will provide a 24/7 phone number so you will have an immediate response.



For the duration of your stay, our concierge will stop by twice per day to assist with culinary services and planning excursions around the area.



When your trip comes to a close, our concierge will assist in the check-out process and arrange your transportation back to the airport.
