Stay here, go anywhere! Desert Canyon Retreat is a three bedroom, two bath townhome located in the heart of Kanab, in a quiet community. From Desert Canyon Retreat, you can easily reach Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon National Parks; Lake Powell; or the Wave. You can also explore right around Kanab; Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Peekaboo Slot Canyon, and so much more. Come experience some small-town charm!
Desert Canyon Retreat is surrounded with beautiful red rock cliffs and is decorated within to match this natural beauty. The main floor has a living room, kitchen, and 3/4th bath which includes a shower. The living room is cozy, with reclining couches, a gas fireplace, and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, appliances, tools, and dinnerware needed to make delicious meals after a day of exploring and adventure.
The extra amenities are easily within reach. Walk out the sliding door off the kitchen to the outdoor dining area and propane BBQ grill. The hot tub, pool, and clubhouse with fitness room are in view, and are just a few steps further out the backdoor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus. The Grand Canyon bedroom has a king size bed and a deck overlooking the pool. The deck is a great spot to view the sunset or night skies. The Bryce Canyon bedroom and the Zion bedroom both have queen size beds. All the bedrooms have cozy bedding, walk-in closets, and power strips with USB and USB C connections for charging devices.
The upstairs bathroom is a dual-access, three room bathroom. Confusing, but convenient! From the primary Grand Canyon room, a room with a vanity and mirror is accessed. From the hallway, a different room with a vanity and mirror is accessed. Both of these rooms then access the same room with the tub/shower combination and toilet. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper are provided. Additional towels for the pool are on the shelf in the hall.
Desert Canyon Retreat has air conditioning and heating. It has two ceiling fans and a portable oscillating fan. It is equipped with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. There is an assigned covered parking spot right in front of the entry. There are also ample additional parking spots for extras vehicles.

Years ago, we were able to make our dream of owning a Montana mountain cabin a reality, and have loved spending so much time in Yellowstone. Now, we are looking forward to experiencing the red rock of the Southwest! The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Zion! We cannot wait to get to all the hikes, vistas, and adventures around Kanab. We are thrilled to be able to offer Desert Canyon Retreat for your use to experience these beautiful natural landscapes, as well.

Desert Canyon Retreat is a part of a townhome community a few blocks away from Kanab's main street. You can easily and quickly access all that you want or need from shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and recreation. But the townhome community is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It is just a few blocks away from Jacob Hamblin Park which has tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields, a skate park, a playground, and even a swimming pool and waterslide. You can walk to Tom's Canyon Trailhead from the community.
The townhome community, itself, is quiet. It is well kept and has the added bonus of the pool, hot tub, and fitness center.

We do this by providing quality linens and comfortable sleeping environments.
