-Laketown Wharf Resort requires a one-time registration fee of $78.17, paid directly to the HOA before arrival (not included in your booking). A registration link will be sent three days prior to check-in. Guest names, ages, and vehicle details are required. Parking passes may be printed in advance, and resort wristbands will be available inside the unit upon arrival.
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay.
-Animals are not allowed on the premises.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
