Step inside and feel instantly at ease. The open-concept main level features a large gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows with wintertime ski slope views, creating the perfect spot to gather after a day on the slopes or trails.

For added entertainment, head to the game room, where you’ll find a brand-new full-size arcade and Nintendo Switch, ready for friendly competitions and late-night fun. Ms. Pac Man or Mario Kart tournament anyone? Or, sit at the game table and work on a puzzle or play a board game. Kids and adults alike will love having a dedicated place to play + laugh.

Step outside onto your private deck, a serene outdoor space in the pines perfect for morning coffee, après-hiking drinks, or simply soaking up fresh mountain air.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will feel right at home here. Our unique location next to the Presidential Range, surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest means we have the highest density of hiking trails in the country (possibly the world!).
