Vistas panorámicas de la isla / océano desde nuestras suites bellamente elegantes y espaciosas

Ubicadas en el lado seco de Kamuela (también conocido como Waimea), nuestras recién renovadas Mauna Loa Suites ofrecen impresionantes vistas de las montañas más altas de nuestras islas, Mauna Kea y Mauna Loa, así como del vasto Océano Pacífico. Estamos en un lugar residencial tranquilo y privado con una gran cantidad de aves alegres para darle una serenata a diario.
Nuestras suites incluyen 2 amplias habitaciones en la planta superior, así como una amplia sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana grande que incluye la opción de una cama queen pull-size perfecta para invitados adicionales o padres que viajan con niños. Nuestra cocina cuenta con una nevera de tamaño de resort junto con 2 quemadores de inducción y un cómodo rincón para sentarse. Hay dos baños de tamaño completo, uno con bañera grande y dos lavabos, y el otro con ducha de estilo múltiple de tipo complejo.
Con mucho, la característica más atractiva de nuestras suites es que envolveremos el área de lanai en la azotea donde podrá disfrutar de un buen desayuno mientras planifica los eventos de su día y más tarde esa noche volver a tomar una copa de vino mientras mira el atardecer dar paso a la Vía Láctea!
También tenemos una ubicación céntrica y convenientes a 15-30 minutos de una variedad de playas, ciudades con encanto, centros turísticos, mercados de agricultores, tiendas exclusivas y restaurantes / restaurantes.

Smooth check in/out with great communication with the host. Very quiet location with excellent views to toward the south. Beautiful sunrises. We were not around for the sunsets.I don't know if I would call the suites "beautifully elegant and spacious", but they were totally adequate. We cooked two meals at home on the butane burners. Neat experience.

Quiet and Restful

This is a restful, lovely property conveniently situated 15 minutes from several beaches, and the town, which is about the same distance in the other direction. There are farmer's markets on Wednesday and Saturday, so we did the bulk of our shopping there. However, there are a couple of large markets and a health food story in town as well. Some great family owned restaurants too. Try the local fair, inexpensive and delicious. Mark and Carmella were great hosts. We would definitely come again.

The perfectly special place to stay

Beautiful setting and beautiful home. The home is delightfully appointed and the hosts were very attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the North of the island on both the East and West sides. Everyone loved sitting on the deck enjoying the surroundings, including the fields, the volcanoes, the ocean, the sunrise and sunset, as well as the incredible stars at night.

Beautiful view, great location

The two bedrooms are very nice. The view from the large balcony at sunset is stunning. Wonderful place to relax and watch the changing sky over the landscape. Everything is exactly as shown in the listing. Lovely area. Owner is responsive and helpful.

Fabulous home to explore the Kohala Coast!

Beautiful property with room to spread out—comfy beds, well stocked. We enjoyed the lanai and cooler temps maula - beaches, hiking and resorts a quick drive. plus we love Waimea and going to Mauna Kea summit

Unfortunate

We arrived at the property at normal check in time. Property was uncleaned. Beds were unmade, bathrooms dirty, sinks were dirty, towels and trash were left everywhere. Contacted Marc and after three calls and a voicemail, a Micah did call back and offered an adjoining property to shower in. She said cleaners were en route and cleaning would take a few hours. Micah never contacted us to let us know when cleaning was done. We arrived 4 hours later. Property was cleaned but there was a flying cockroach and ants in the bathroom. Upstairs tub was under repair and we were not notified of this. We had a large party staying there and having to share one bathroom was quite challenging. The tv in one bedroom had no signal. I contacted Marc after our stay to discuss the issues we encountered. I was offered a refund of half of the first nights stay. I disagreed and contacted Marc but haven't heard back, instead was notified the host left a review for me. The property is beautiful and the location was perfect for us. However, the feeling we felt upon entering and seeing the unit dirty, then after it being cleaned and seeing the roach and ants, left us feeling dirty the duration of the stay. There are also three dogs on property that will come and say hi whenever they see you which is a bonus. It's unfortunate that this happened as working with Marc prior to checking in, was easy and accommodating but he said he was away and had a manager handle the cleaning.

Beautiful scenery and peaceful vibes!

Our hosts were friendly and amazing, along with their 3 doggie assistants! The property is very scenic with views of volcanoes and ocean. The home was very cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. We felt right at home and the property was conveniently located to many places for day trips; Mauna Kea and beaches. They had beach gear available for use as well! We also enjoyed meeting the family (3 doggies) who were fun ambassadors! We highly recommend this property and our wonderful hosts! Mahalo!

Excellent place

Marc was a wonderful host, and very communicative throughout our stay. Their place is immaculately clean, well located, and has GORGEOUS views of the surrounding ranch country, about 10 minutes from Waimea. You could see the Mauna Kea observatories in the distance from the back porch. The only thing missing is a dishwasher--which we told Marc and he said he'd look into it. We highly recommend it and will definitely come here if we go back to the Big Island.

Beautiful

Really loved our stay here. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Home had everything we would need. Extremely relaxing and quiet after a day at the beach. Marc was excellent at communicating with any questions/issues. We stayed here with our three children ages 7-12 and loved spending time at fantastic beaches that were a quick 15-20 min drive away or exploring other parts of the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

The perfect place for our long weekend hunting in Hawaii. Plenty of space. Flexible and good communication. Beautiful view of the volcano erupting which made our trip.

Peaceful oasis

This property is a hidden gem! We had to extend our visit and the VRBO we were staying at couldn’t extend our contract so we found this property on Vrbo. From start to finish it was amazing. The owner was so quick to respond with our questions prior to arriving and check in was about as uncomplicated as you could imagine. There are the sweetest doggos on the property- friendly but they don’t bother you at all. The property setting was so peaceful and beautiful with views of Mauna Kea and the ocean. We had rainbows both nights. Although it was hot down by the resorts it was a perfect temperature up where this property is located. The breezes were more than adequate in keeping the home cool. I would say the only draw back is there isn’t a full kitchen- there was a toaster oven and counter top gas burners. We made dinners there without the need for anything more than what was provided. If you are looking for a quiet spot away from the resorts but still close enough to the beaches and Waimea this is a terrific spot to land!

Beautiful and serene getaway

Location is excellent with views of Mauna Kea and the ocean. The elevation and the constant breeze were relaxing as it didn’t get too hot. The owner was very responsive, check-in and check-out very easy and the property was as advertised. Getting to Waimea for food and drinks is just a 10min drive and it’s equally easy to get to the coast. We fully recommend staying at this property.

Amazing Waimea Home

Amazing property better than the listing. Marc was an excellent host respecting boundaries of privacy yet being available when needed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Waimea. I hope we have a chance to visit again one day.

Beautiful,Quiet, Countryside Home

When we arrived, we were greeted my Marc’s incredibly friendly dogs (the kids loved playing with them). Marc and his wife have a beautiful house on a lovely property. It’s not far from the coast or town but you’ll feel like you’re in your own private estate. The accommodations were wonderful for our family of 5. The deck is huge and great for star gazing. I can’t say enough good things about our host, Marc. He recommended places to visit and was happy to share his secret stash of board games to help us enjoy our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect Location

Marc did a great job ensuring our stay was very relaxing. Quite setting, great location for exploring the Big Island. Wake up to views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa and fall asleep to the Milky Way overhead!

Incredible!

Had a lovely stay at Marc's rental. It was so relaxing being away from town lights and noise. We woke up to views of the volcanos and ocean. The stargazing at night was amazing!! The unit had everything we needed. There were lots of personal touches to make our stay extra comfortable.

Tranquil and Private, Unbeatable View

Marc’s place has a great location, and you will enjoy the view over the pasturelands to the beach at the end of day. Easy 15 min drive to best beaches. Well equipped and comfortable house. Marc is available and easy to talk to.
