The flat is attached to the house with a separate entrance and secure parking for 2 cars. It is large and open plan, with enough space for two separate sleeping areas, a kitchenette, lounge, dining room, work area and a separate bathroom.
Leading off the open plan area is the main bedroom with built in cupboards and a view of the ocean from your bed that has to be seen to be believed.
