BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

Racing Equipment: Guests will be responsible of keeping equipment in there covered space while not using it, and not using it during bad weather conditions..
GUESTS MAY NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER BEFORE USING THE RACING TRACK EQUIPMENT.
