Shaui Chukka, meaning “Raccoon House” in Choctaw, is a warm and welcoming three-bedroom cabin where wildlife often makes an appearance. Guests love its wood-burning fireplace, wraparound deck, and sleeper sofas that provide flexibility for larger groups. Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the forest wake up or soaking in the hot tub under the stars, it’s a cabin designed for slowing down and enjoying the outdoors.

Next, Bear’s Den offers comfort with accessibility in mind, featuring a wheelchair-friendly first floor and three inviting bedrooms. A large deck with rocking chairs makes it easy to take in the peaceful setting, while evenings are best spent around the firepit or by the wood-burning fireplace inside. The Community Center is perfect for reunions, retreats, and group celebrations, with seating for up to 40 guests, a full kitchen, laundry, and a large TV. Available for day use from 10 AM–10 PM at $350 per day—please mention when booking if you’d like to reserve it for your stay.

★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin. A pet fee of $150 per cabin is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ EV CHARGER INFO ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note these properties do NOT have an EV Charger.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

★ A NOTE ON OUR LOCAL NEIGHBORS ★
We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
