The Space:

This spacious 1BR apartment in Rimal 4, JBR offers a relaxed and comfortable stay right in the heart of the Marina. The living room is open and welcoming, with a deep blue velvet sofa facing the flat-screen TV, while a soft grey sofa bed sits nearby on fluffy rugs. Modern ceiling lights brighten the space, and from here you can step out onto the balcony. Complete with outdoor furniture, it’s the perfect place to start your mornings with coffee in the fresh sea breeze or unwind in the evening as the sun sets over JBR.



Beside the living area, a round wooden dining table with seating for four creates a simple yet inviting place to share meals. Taxis and ride-hailing services like Uber and Careem are readily available, making travel convenient. For a unique commute, hop on the water taxi or ferry to experience Dubai from the water while heading to destinations like Business Bay or Al Seef.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.
