Ubicado en un hermoso edificio de estilo misionero español, a 2 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa de Bondi y del vibrante pueblo de Bondi. Esta gran unidad de planta abierta de un dormitorio está recientemente renovada. Con una cocina de diseño con encimeras de piedra, electrodomésticos europeos y lavavajillas integrado. Precioso baño nuevo completo con bañera independiente y ducha grande Rose. La unidad está en una calle tranquila y arbolada, a solo unos minutos de todo lo que Bondi tiene para ofrecer. El dormitorio, con cama Queen, tiene una maravillosa vista al jardín. Hay dos entradas separadas, una entrada formal y una entrada al jardín. Techos altos, pisos de madera pulida y ventanales completan el encanto de este apartamento. Nuestros huéspedes han amado quedarse aquí, esperamos darle la bienvenida.

Staying at Natasha’s apartment was the perfect location. I loved being ensconced in a local neighborhood near Bondi Beach. The bus line was close by. There were plenty of restaurants and shops. It was a good location. Natasha was a perfect host. She was very gracious and helpful. Her place had all the amenities that my friend and I needed. If you’re looking for a place close by the beach, bus lines, restaurants, and shops, this is the place to stay.

The perfect Bondi staycay

Nestled away in a beautiful part of Bondi. A couple of minutes walk from the beach and just far enough away to feel relaxed.Perfect little spot if you want to soak up the Bondi Beach lifestyle for a couple of days or weeks.The apartment was well maintained, had great WiFi, Foxtel and a newly renovated kitchen. The bed was divine!So close to so many beautiful walks around the Eastern Suburbs and bars in Bondi, it was an amazing 4 night stay.

Great Sydney Base for long weekend

Close proximity to shops Bondi beach buses and restaurants meant we accessed every experience in our list of Sydney for a great overall holiday. Sat outside each morning having breakfast, walked the coastal walkway at sunrise and enjoyed bus to Watsons bay then ferry to Manly at the weekend. The kitchen facilities were great, quiet neighbours and comfy bed.

Natasha the host provided everything including coffee/milk/and cereal!! She even had fresh flowers in the kitchen. Nice touch Natasha and she communicated with me to make sure we had no problems accessing the condo. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, beach.

Charming apartment

Natasha is the best host you'll ever have. She is a wealth of info and assistance. Charming apartment in a charming neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, wonderful mattress. Convenient location. Beach, restaurants, shopping and local bus are all within a 7-minute walk. I stayed 3 weeks.Convenient location.

Beautiful winter stay in prime Sydney location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished Bondi apartment. Host Natasha was exceptionally hospitable, and waited for us as we struggled through morning traffic from the airport to check in. She stocked the apartment with basic necessities and little luxuries too - a very nice touch. It’s a great location - we walked everywhere - and I can highly recommend it.

Fantastic Apartment, Location & Host!

Really comfortable, well appointed apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. It is in a fabulous position, walking distance to the beach, shops, transport etc but still very quiet. Natasha was helpful and prompt in responding to our queries and a pleasure to deal with. We loved our week’s stay at her apartment and highly recommend it. Look forward to staying again when we are in Sydney.

Natasha was an excellent host and very responsive

Spacious 1 bed apartment short walk from the beach. Natasha was an excellent host and very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile so my 3 week stay was great and i was lucky to have great autumn sun as well. Good value and well appointed with everything you need. It is not surprising that this flat gets booked up. Thanks Natasha for a lovely stay.

Everything was just lovely. The cherry on top was Natasha putting all kinds of goodies in the flat prior to our arrival. She was also extremely flexible and empathetic when our travel was delayed 24 hours due to my negligence in getting the visa requirement.

Bondi flat

Good location in walking distance to Bondi in what would normally be a quiet location. We were unlucky with noise and disruption from power cuts caused by a house being built nearby and also some noise from flat above. Nice to be able to sit outside given there was a heatwave when were there. Owner friendly and helpful. Layout means bedroom at front which may not suit everyone.

Not quite sparkling

The location is excellent but the apartment itself is over-promised. The "garden view" is a front entrance featuring 14 wheelie bins. No screens on bedroom entrance or kitchen window, so no airflow without flies. No airflow at all to back area with couch & TV. Visible mould on bathroom ceiling and musty smell in entrance hall Kitchen window looks onto a common stairway so blind stays down for privacy in morning and after dark Inside of blind is filthy and spotted as is shower curtain. The place is well-provisioned but needs a deep cleaning. Overall feel is somewhat claustrophobic.

Great Location and Host

Natasha was a thoughtful host, lots of goodies including chocolates and milk on arrival. She also had great info about the local area. The location was great, 2 mins walk to beach and shops.The apartment has construction next door and we were woken 7am every morning by relentless Jack-hammer and power tools. The bedroom is at the front of the apartment and was described as having a lovely garden outlook. The reality is that it overlooks the stinky communal rubbish bins and the whole area is literally swarming with thousands of flies which are attracted by the rotting berries falling from the trees directly in front of the bedroom so there is no way you can have the door open to let any air in. The shower pressure is great but there is a super-gross mouldy shower curtain that is meant to keep the water off the floor but it doesn’t so you basically have to use a rag to try and stop the shower spray hitting the floor. The main window in the kitchen/meals area opens to the communal stairs, as does the bathroom window and the bedroom overlooks the front entrance to the building so we felt very overlooked.Host is a great communicator, welcome chocolates were lovely as was location but the description and photos of the property were very misleading. I can never unsee those swarming flies or that mouldy stained shower curtain.

Hi Sam, Thanks for your review I'm glad you enjoyed the location of the unit, proximity to the beach and shops and my goodies for you. Firstly, I apologize for the construction noise next door. This is beyond my control and the works will be completed in November 2025. Their work times are 7am-3pm but the noise now is minimal and I have had no complaints since. Secondly, the unit does NOT overlook the rubbish bins, these are on the other side of the building. If you sit on the porch you look straight out into the common garden which is a lovely outlook. As for the flies, on this one occasion the palm trees were not pruned and the falling berries did attract flies. I do apologize for this. This was a mistake made by the gardeners and the regular pruning has resumed so this problem won't recur. This is the first time ever we have had this issue and will ensure it doesn't happen again. Lastly, the shower curtain was only 4 weeks old, I searched all over it for the mould you said you can't unsee but there was no mould at all? I even took photos of it. However, I have replaced the shower curtain anyway. It means so much to me that my guests are happy and enjoy their stay, as reflected in my previous and consistent 5-star reviews. I can assure future guests that I will maintain every effort to ensure a lovely, clean and comfortable stay at my apartment, which has been loved by so many guests.

Great location, friendly hosts

Communication was swift and helpful. Natasha was very accommodating with access also. The apartment is very well provisioned with cutlery and crockery and is has a comfortable lounge, good size kitchen/dining area and an airy bedroom. there were stock cupboard items in the cupboards. The location for shops in Hall street and also for Bondi beach is excellent, but Tamarama and also Bondi Road shops/cafes are only a 10 minute walk away.

Perfect location for visiting Sydney

Natasha was brilliant at responding to messages promptly before our first trip to Australia. Our welcome was lovely, even bubbly in the fridge and yummy chocolates. Always a wonderful supply of hot water for showers and our bed was extremely comfortable. Was nice to be able to sit outside too! The TV den was great- we watched lots of tennis and the Espagnol Flats were quiet. Thank you Natasha for starting our Australian adventure so well.

Amazing apartment! Couldn't have been better.

The apartment was perfect. It was clean, modern, homely and in an amazing location. It was close to high streets but on a side road so it was very quiet. Natasha was so welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I would highly recommend staying there, I couldn't fault it!

We live at the other end of Bondi Beach and love the vibrant yet relaxed lifestyle that Bondi has to offer. We love travelling, swimming and snorkelling and will do everything to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful, well located base to discover the delights that Bondi Beach and Sydney have to offer.Our apartment has been lovingly renovated and is located in a beautiful Heritage listed building, in a quiet leafy street. It is only a short and level 5 minute stroll to Bondi Beach and a wonderful array of shops, cafes and restaurants. This apartment is close to everything you need to have a perfect stay. Public transport is very convenient with regular buses into Bondi Junction, The City , Circular Quay and Watsons Bay.
