Cozy lake front hide away

Escape to tranquility at our cozy lake cabin nestled on a hill overlooking beautiful Tom's Creek! Enjoy breathtaking views from the porch. Bring your boat & easily access the Tennessee River just down the road for some fantastic fishing. Unwind and unplug with the gentle sounds of nature, and gather around the fire pit under the stars – the perfect retreat from chaos. If adventure is what you’re seeking, hike nearby trails at Mousetail Landing State Park or Ladys Bluff.

The Space:
Located across the street from Toms Creek, this home sits up on a hill and overlooks beautiful Tom’s Creek. The cabin is loved and used often by its owners. The owners leave lots of spices and staple items between stays. Feel free to use these things during your stay. They do have personal items in drawers and cabinets for their extended stays. In the primary bedroom, the chest and trunk is for owners only. There is an empty dresser and the entire closet for your use.

Stocked with plenty of laundry detergent and dish detergent for your stay. Fully stocked kitchen with mixers, crock pot, etc. for cooking full meals.

Gas grill with utensils located under a covered pergola. (Hot tub under pergola is not available for guests.( It does not work.)

Upstairs bedroom has a supplemental a/c unit that can be adjusted with remote.

Both bathrooms are located in the main level, are of good size, and stocked with basic body wash, shampoo, & conditioner.

Guest Access:
Plenty of parking and use of a 2 car carport. Small private back yard with plenty of seating. The entire home is for your enjoyment. Access via Smartlock with four digit code.

The Neighborhood:
Rural lake front property. We have 1 full time neighbor with a partially shared driveway.

Getting Around:
We have a lot of parking on both sides of the driveway. 15 minute drive for groceries. The closest marina is 4.6 miles away.
Hiking at Lady Finger Bluff is 5.2 miles.

Other Things to Note:
The second bedroom is a cozy loft upstairs with a nice closet. The master bedroom has a nice walk in closet and ensuite. The shower is huge with a fantastic rain fall shower head. Plenty of space for your personal effects, clothing.
You will find everything you need in the kitchen from waffle iron to crock pot. The coffee/tea bar is next to the fridge. Mugs just above in the upper cabinets. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the water. Deer are frequently seen in the front yard. Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Interaction with Guests:
Feel free to reach out anytime via Airbnb app. However, if it is late at night, please call me as my notifications are silenced after 9PM Central time. Feel free to dial more than once to bypass any silenced notification settings. I will respond any time of day/night.
