-Owner is Thai-Canadian who speak fluent English and can give advice and assist travelers on many basic needs and travelling.
-Building is on a very safe neighborhood and close to main road and a near by International Supermarket, Sport club, restaurants, airport, and many government buildings.

-Laundry Facility with washer and dryer
-Facility offers laundry service of 150 baht/time (plus coins for washer & Dryer)
-Easy access to Taxi, Motorcycle, public transportation, Railway train.
Other things to note
It is similar to a hotel stay (but plus utility) at a rate of a long term stay-per your usage. You can expect 2 bottles of water/day, in-room amenities, and cleaning service (twice a week).
