Our cozy studio is located on the 4th floor of a 24-room serviced apartment. It features a king-size bed, private bathroom and balcony, air conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, and stable Wi-Fi. Enjoy weekly maid service and full in-room amenities. Situated just outside downtown Bangkok, our place offers a peaceful, authentic local experience while staying close to restaurants, shops, and convenient public transit.
The space
We are an apartment with maid service and room amenities as follows:
1) All linens
2) bathroom amenities
3) 2 bottles of water per day.
4)2 times maid cleaning per week.
5) Conplimentary Wifi

The room charge however doesnt include electricity and water. All residence will have their own meter for their usage.

Please note utility will be charged extra if you have chosen to take advantage of our bulk weekly discount and longer. Each room will have its own meter.

Your room will be on the 4th floor so ot is suitable for someone who enjoy the staircase. Your room is on a run of the house basis and all our room configurations are very similar. When you enter the room, you will have your private and spacious bathroom and balcony (with patio set). Your room also has an air conditioning, TV, Minibar fridge, large wardrobe, Desk, necessary Silverwares and Dinnerwares.
Guest access
Once reservation has been confirmed, we will issue you a passcode and room number closer to your checm-in date. Keys and key card will be placed in your room.
Other things to note
Electricity and water will be calculated separately from your room rate. Each room has its own meter for your usage.

At Check-in, we require 3000 baht security deposit.

At Check-out, we will calculate the final utility prices amd deduct it from you deposit. All will be settled 1 day before you depart.
