This home was just amazing to stay at! We loved it! It was big enough for everyone to stay comfortably and no one had to wait on bathrooms, no one got under anyone's feet so we loved that after a long day doing the local activities.The kids enjoyed the theatre room the most and so did us adults being able to have the room next door to relax in. We would love to come back and stay here and finish off seeing the sights of Busselton.

Nice place but not ideal on very hot days

It's a nice house, but unfortunately it was very hot when we were down there and the land next to the house seems to emit a strong smell in the heat, so with the house only having air conditioning in the main area, and windows unable to be opened at night on two of the three nights we were there, it does get quite uncomfortable in the property. Would be fine on anything other than super hot days though I suspect.

Property on the older side but okay. Some of the furniture was tired and visibly damaged. Extremely spacious and comfortable. No instructions in the house about bin day or how to use the facilities etc. We did not appreciate having to strip the beds as there is a cleaning fee. Cleaners should be doing this not paying guests.

Pas 60th Family Getaway!

From the first booking process to locking up and leaving there was very little keeping this from being the perfect holiday. The house is spacious, well appointed and in an excellent location , the games and theatre room great for all the family .. Outside the large patio area, bbq and grassed area all in a child safe enclosed yard were great. Linen and towels provided were clean .. there was good hot water showers that didn’t run out and a well appointed kitchen/dining.. All in all would recommend.. great value family holiday rental !!

Spacious home for family

We had a lovely stay with extended family. The house had lots is space for all of us and and get sized kitchen to accommodate a few of us at once! Lovely, well kept home.

Great house for large family like ours.

The house was well set up for family to settle in straight away. The theatre room area was a bonus for kids to chill or just relocate. Kids were able to walk to beach and park near by provided space for them to enjoy balls games etc. We had a fabulous holiday with all the comforts of home.

Very Cold

Property has obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Blinds were so dusty they gave me an asthma attack just opening them. Same for the mold in the second bathroom on the wall and at the bottom of the shower curtain. Sticky side tables in main room and media room. The rubbish bin was broken and the overhead exhaust fan in the kitchen doesn't work. No wonder the house smelt of old meatballs. The only heating in the house was a single reverse cycle airconditioner in the main room. There was no heating at all in the rest of the house. It was freezing in the bedrooms and media room, particularly in the back bedrooms. Beds are old and uncomfortable, well past time they are replaced. The house is large and well set out with a lovely outside area that would be well used in summer. It just needs to be brought up to date with some maintenance, new beds and a good thorough clean.

Thank you for your feedback Sharlane. The house is advertised with central heating only in the living room. We have not mentioned that we have heating in any other rooms. I have made this quite clear on the listing. I feel your disappointment has come from not reading the listing clearly and expectations being greater then what was provided. I am sorry this has then reflected on the rest of your stay. The beds are exactly as pictured Mattresses not even 3 years old yet. The home was spring cleaned in June. There is no mould on the wall in second bathroom. Its a light bubble of rust on the metal door frame. I am not sure how you could smell meatballs in the house with all the bleach and hospital grade chemicals being used during the change over. I am sorry if the bedside tables felt sticky.... we are required to clean all surfaces with hospital grade chemicals and it must have left a light film on the wood. Unfortunately we can not use our usual furniture polishes as we need to ensure we are following COV19 protocols. We do our upmost best to ensure we have a high cleaning standard. Sorry for some dust on the blind.
