Island Court Cottage II es encantador, casa de playa de la vendimia (esto es una unidad de un dúplex), 3 puertas de Mission Bay y un rápido paseo por la calle de la famosa playa de la misión paseo marítimo y montaña rusa. La casa está totalmente equipada para que su estancia sea placentera, cómoda y sin complicaciones, incluyendo una lavadora / secadora, Wi-Fi gratuita, TV por cable con DVD / VCR, barbacoa y un garaje de un coche (que se ajusta a un vehículo pequeño). Disfrutar pasando el rato en el patio frontal de la cabaña, viendo los fuegos artificiales cada noche del verano de Sea World o cenar en uno de los muchos excelentes restaurantes o clubes de Mission Beach.

Literally Steps from the Bay

Mission Beach is our Happy Place! We downsized this year to a one bed room and it was perfect for us and had room for our daughter to visit. The duplex was so cozy and comfortable. Steps to the bay and a short easy walk to the beach. There is a quaint little coffee shop just up the alley or a Starbucks on the corner. The house had everything we needed and the owners were easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect short term home

This was a perfect 1 bedroom for a short term stay (about 6 weeks) and Karin was so responsive and accommodating! No issues outside of a little dusting and missing my own comfy bed but I was plenty comfortable and there’s no place like home 😊 I’ll definitely come back and stay even longer!

Excellent location

This was the perfect spot for our relaxing vacation. Only steps to the boardwalk on the bay in one direction and a block the other way to the open ocean. Loved walking the beach and boardwalk. Having the bikes available to use was a great bonus too. The boogie boards were so much fun! The unit was well stocked with pots, pans and basics. I would certainly stay here again.

Great property, Great Location

My daughter and I enjoyed staying at this property. It is the perfect spot close to restaurants, the bay, the ocean and all the attractions. This property had everything we could need for a 4 day stay. The garage and the addition of central air was priceless! Karin is great to work with and we would love to come back!!

The cottage was very nice. Excellent access to bay and beach. The place was stocked with everything you need. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We really enjoyed the stay and will return again!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was minutes from either the Beach or the Bay and right around the corner from the amusement park. The home is small, but had all the necessities needed to make our stay comfortable. A big plus for us was being able to use their paddle board. This was my daughters first time on one and we were so happy she was able to use it the entire day vs just an hour. We used the grill out on the patio one night, we cooked Steaks and Lobster. We would have liked to sit outside to eat but their wasn’t enough lighting. I will note that the garage is small and there wasn’t enough room for me to get my Yukon xl in, but we had already known that. I just wanted to mention it for future guests. We parked in front of the Bahia resort, which was only a few minutes walk away and our truck was totally fine. No issues at all.

Great Place

Great location. Missing sponge to do dishes. I am addicted to TV but none in the bedroom so I slept in the living room the whole time. The garage is super small and very difficult to park but that is common to the area. Overall, really enjoyed the place.

Ideal Cottage and Location for a Solo, Self-Care Getaway!

I truly have nothing negative to report. From the hostess of the property to the location, everything was spot on. Perfectly sized cottage for me, but can sleep up to 4. Well-appointed with all the amenities of home. The location is fantastic with the bay mere steps away and the ocean only a block away. And as a solo traveler I never felt unsafe. Plenty of restaurant options within a very short distance to walk too. I highly recommend this quaint cottage in the heart of it all. I plan on returning next summer. Might even bring the hubs. lol

Great stay

We do enjoyed our stay here! It is a short (less than a minute) walk to the bay and 2 blocks from the ocean - there were many days we did both beaches in one day! We loved the paddle boards and the beach toys and beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels! It was so helpful to not have to bring any of that! The washer and dryer were a big plus too as we could wash towels and swimsuits and have fresh each day! Karin was so easy to get a hold of with any questions and Starbucks was right down the alley - there are also numerous amazing restaurants in walking distance and it was super easy to use Uber to come and go as needed!

Karin’s place was clean and communication was 110%. Everything included works.

Stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. Beach chairs came in handy. We had a great time. Nice clean rental and close to both beaches. See you next year!! Jeff and sherri

Great spot for a family of 4

1 house to the bay, 2 blocks to the ocean. Bikes were great, all the beach gear you need. Starbucks 1min walk away.

Hi there! Karin and Mark here! We live in San Diego and have two teenage kids and one Yorkie named Barkley. Mark runs a local business and Karin is busy managing our vacation rentals. Being a property manager/vacation host has been a fun journey, really getting to know some great people along the way. Fortunately our guests have all been wonderful and it's been our pleasure to find new ways to make our rentals even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this cottage because we love hanging out in Mission Beach! There seems to be something to do for everyone! We looked at properties for a year and half and knew this would be perfect for us the moment we saw it! We loved the front patio, just being able to relax there with a good book or BBQ with friends. It's a great place to hang out and people-watch as there is a walkway which connects the bay to the ocean right in front. We felt the location was ideal, as it is within walking of everything we like to do ~ biking on the boardwalk, taking the kids to the roller coaster, swimming in the ocean or jogging along the bay... There is a huge park across the street and tons of restaurants and shopping within walking and/or biking distance.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We provide everything you need for a day at the beach! Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Plus we have beach cruisers, paddle boards and a kayak for rent which will be available at the property when you arrive. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking or grilling on the BBQ and there is a washer/dryer and one car garage for your use. Well behaved pups are welcome! The biggest is the LOCATION, which just can't be beat. Our cottage is in the heart of MB. We like that it is super close to everything, yet just far enough away that you don't have all the noise. Just a minute's walk to everything!
