Frannies Place in The Acreage KING beds

Escape to Frannie's Place, a tranquil and cozy guest home designed for ultimate relaxation. Nestled in Palm Beach County, our inviting 3-bedroom guesthouse offers a comfortable home base for your getaway.
​Enjoy the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience—you'll feel peaceful and private, yet remain just minutes from everything you want to see and do.

​Your host lives in the main house, which is separate from the guest home, so you can enjoy your space with privacy.

Please note animals are not allowed in the unit due to Dog Training business onsite.

The main house hosts a limited number of dogs for board & train purposes. You will see and possibly hear dogs on occasion in the fenced backyard. Dogs are supervised at all times and are off limits for interaction. Concered about barking? Rest assured, you don'tneed to be. We live here too, so we get it. Excessive barkers are not hosted.

Tailored Local Concierge & Check-In: Receive personalized recommendations for local dining, attractions, special events, and activities, curated based on your tastes and the length of your stay.

Refresh Linens & Towels:
A complimentary fresh supply of premium bed linens and bath towels will be discreetly delivered outside front door on Day 7 of your stay, with simultaneous removal of soiled items. Need sooner? Please coordinate prior to arrival.

Coffee & Tea Bar:
Complimentary Coffe & Tea provided for minimum of 2 days per booking and number of registered guests.

Premium Services (A La Carte)

The following services are available upon request and incur an additional fee.

Pre-Arrival Provisioning / Shopping Service:
We will shop at your preferred local stores—Publix Supermarket, Costco, Aldi, or ABC Fine Wine & Spirits—and stock your refrigerator and pantry prior to your arrival.

Trip Fee: $55 per trip, plus 10% stocking fee based on the total itemized cost of groceries and beverages.

Private Airport Transfer (PBI):
Enjoy seamless, non-stop service to or from Palm Beach International (PBI) Airport

Capacity: Up to 2 guests with full size luggage or 4 guest's with carry-on luggage sizes. More people or luggage? Please inquire.

Driver Fee: $150 per one-way trip.

Onsite Canine Boarding:
​Fee: $95 per day

​Requirements for Canine Guests:

​Friendly Temperament: Your dog must be socialized and friendly with both people and other dogs.

​Size Limit: We accommodate small breeds with a maximum weight limit of 30 pounds. Bigger dog? Considerations on request.

​Health & Safety: Your dog must be up to date on vaccinations. Please be prepared to provide documentation and veterinarian contact information upon booking.

​Food: Owners must provide all necessary food and any specific feeding instructions for the duration of the stay.

​Your dog will enjoy our secure, comfortable onsite, Palm Beach County licensed boarding facilities in our main house and we'll coordinate scheduled visits so you can enjoy quality time with your furry friend during your stay.

Please note for sanitatuon and comfort of future guest to Frannie's Place, no dogs permitted in hosting space.
