Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting and convenient location close to Branson’s activities—that balance of quiet and accessibility is something we really value about the property as well. We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of the home didn’t meet your expectations during your stay. Your comments regarding the TVs, storage space, and furniture are very helpful, and we will be reviewing each of these areas with our team to identify where improvements can be made. We also appreciate your note about the patio furniture and décor items, as guest comfort is very important to us. While we’re happy your stay was overall “fine,” we certainly aim higher than that, and your feedback helps us continue to improve the experience for future guests. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide a much more elevated experience.
