Este es un nuevo 5 dormitorios, 5 baños con vistas a las montañas. Está a sólo 2. 2 millas al centro de Breckenridge, la estación de esquí y la góndola (a menos de cinco minutos en coche). También cuenta con fácil acceso a Keystone y Vail.

La casa tiene una nueva bañera de seis personas en caliente, cinco chimeneas, un comedor formal y un garaje para tres coches calefacción. Hay un porche cubierto con vistas a la colina de esquí y una chimenea al aire libre. El nivel inferior tiene una mesa de futbolín, skee ball, juegos, TV y una bodega.

La planta superior tiene tres dormitorios y la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios. Es una casa maravillosa para una o dos familias.

We absolutely loved this home! We traveled with a large family group (8 adults plus a 2-year-old), and it was perfect for all of us. I was initially nervous about the stairs, but the baby gate was a lifesaver. The spaces were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for groups.We took full advantage of the amenities — the game room, jacuzzi, and fireplaces made the whole place feel extra cozy. And the views… absolutely spectacular. You won’t be disappointed!A few helpful tips for future guests:•Bring a speaker for the main living room if you like music or background sound.•If you plan to use the fireplaces, crack a window — the home warms up fast.We also loved the little touches: fresh firewood, a Christmas tree, and all the thoughtful details that made our stay feel special. Would absolutely stay here again!

Summer excellence

Lots of snow

Liked the neighborhood and size of lot. House had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Youngest granddaughters had a blast building snow slides in the yard. Oldest granddaughters loved hiking in the area and picking up pine cones and watching wild life. The 5 fireplaces helped keep us cozy.

Perfect place with great house/host

Fantastic time at Breckenridge at this beautiful house. The house is ideally located - in a quiet place but near to downtown and hiking. The kitchen was great, and so were the wine cellar and game room. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here.

GORGEOUS VIEW!

This property checked every box for me and my family. From the amount of space and rooms, to the beautiful views from the deck. The kids loved the basketball hoop outside, the adults enjoyed the hot tub and deck views. The property is nestled against a hill, and has a trail that runs through the back property; neighborhood. If yuou like being outdoors, this is the place to stay. We're already discussing trying to book there again for Christmas...probably my favorite VRBO rental, ever! My only critique/blemish on the rental would be, there weren't any TVs in the bedrooms or the main (upstairs) living room.

Fabulous Family Place!

We’re so happy we settled on Rocky Pine Lodge to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary...it ended up being the perfect-pick for our family of nine. Each family unit had their own bedroom with a private bathroom. The family room downstairs is spacious with comfy seating, tv & fireplace. The living room upstairs & master bedroom have a spectacular view of the mountains. We were thrilled to see snow-capped mountains in June. The kitchen is fully equipped & has an amazing large gas range.The house is very conveniently located so trips to a grocery store to pick up additional supplies is only about ten minutes away. We totally enjoyed lounging on the deck that wrapped around the front porch. The view of the mountain range is breathtaking from this spot & we loved the outdoor gas fireplace. The backyard deck is large with a nice sofa, table & chairs. The granddaughters had fun in the game room, climbing rocks in the backyard, & shooting hoops in the driveway. A new basketball was purchased for us by the host, before we arrived, so they could play! The hot tub was awesome, well maintained, & enjoyed by all. Tim, the owner, emailed us super information about the area & expectations for using the house. Our local host, Justin, texted us with lots of suggestions on things to see & do in Breckenridge. Both were prompt in responding to us & were supportive. Rocky Pine Lodge did not disappoint any one of us. Thanks, Tim, for sharing your incredible home. We made wonderful memories!

Luxe Relaxation

We chose this home for our annual ski trip and wow! The entire experience was perfect. The property managers checked in with us early and often to make sure everything was going well. We got to check in early and they did not rush us out on our last day. The location of this house is perfect. A quiet neighborhood with a serene view and private balconies and hot tub. 7 min from Main Street and easy Gondola 8 parking access. Everything about this house made for a perfect ski/relaxation weekend. There is a game room, wine cellar, big dining area, and entertainment space in the basement. All of the bedrooms are big and comfortable with lots of bathrooms (perfect for a big group). Cant recommend this place enough!

Magical mountain getaway

The first word out of our mouths when we walked into the main entry was “Wow!” This home was peaceful and majestic. Local caretakers checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen and bath were well stocked with all the little things you might need. Beautiful setting and perfect location just outside downtown Breckenridge. We thank the Calkins for sharing their lovely home, and hope to return in the future.

Stunning Property in a BEAUTIFUL area of Breckenridge

I cannot say enough about this property - it's gorgeously appointed with every detail given consideration. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the Host and the Property Managers....I have quite literally never felt SO WELCOMED! They are friendly and accommodating! Would recommend this property for anyone who wants to get away to a luxury home, in a gorgeous setting, and to be treated like a welcomed guest!

Family Gathering

My parents were here for two months from Hawaii and wanted to go "leaf peeping" while they were here. There were 9 adults and 2 small children in our party and it was important that each couple had their own bedroom. This property was perfect for this! The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to gether together but also spaces to relax in peace. It was close to downtown Breck and all the outdoor activities were at our fingertips. The house did have a new boiler system installed and they were having issues with it but the manager comunicated that to me prior to our arrival and stayed in contact with me until it was resolved within a couple of hours after our arrival. He was professional and very helpful with all of our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent weekend getaway

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our quick weekend. Everyone had their own space, beds were comfortable. You can't beat the views and location! Communication was above and beyond as well. We would definitely stay again!

We love the mountains: skiing, hiking, rafting, riding. Each year we spend several weeks at the house. The rest of the year we make it available to guests. We want others to enjoy this special place.

We love Breckenridge. It is easy to get to from Denver and a real mountain town. Summit County has world class skiing, hiking and rafting. Our house is a perfect family mountain escape with privacy and lots of room to spread out. It is also very close to town, so there is easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house has spectacular mountain views and lots of space. It is both private and close to Breckenridge. The property borders national forest land. There are excellent hiking and mountain biking trails just outside the door, and the ski hill is just five minutes away.
