Muy amplio y luminoso, que combina la elegancia de los pisos de mosaico veneciano, las lámparas de araña de cristal de Murano, muebles antiguos y telas a la modernidad y la funcionalidad de la cocina y baños. Las preocupaciones de restauración de lujo sólo la vivienda, mientras que las partes comunes del edificio muestran los signos de envejecimiento. El apartamento se abre a una gran entrada en la que cuatro dormitorios (dos dobles, una individual y una con un sofá cama), salón, cocina y dos baños, uno con bañera y otro con ducha. De los dos balcones se puede disfrutar de las vistas de las góndolas que pasan en el canal. Aire acondicionado cronometrado a la junta, que debe pagarse por separado en función del uso. No hay ascensor

Our host, Luca, was very helpful at checking and provided a lot of information. There were wonderful restaurants nearby and so handy to have the grocery store just around the corner. It was a 30 minute walk to St Mark’s Square. It was lovely being on a canal and being able to watch the gondolas go by from the small balcony. The only challenge was the 6 flights of stairs with luggage. Everything was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! The apartment was in a great location- close to a grocery store and restaurants. We were happy to have two bathrooms, which made our mornings faster, and we washed our clothes- it was mid trip for us. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We were aware of the steps up because of the awesome communication with the hosts. Thank you for letting us stay with you!

We enjoy our stay very much. The apartment was exactly as described online. Very clean. Luca and team provided very good communication. They were very helpful with helping my birthday with transportation to the airport on an early morning. Meeting us at the train station when we arrived to Venice was also very helpful. Great place to stay with your family

The apartment was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space, plus there was common space. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and a grocery store downstairs. Great communication and advice from our host.

Excellent stay in an ideal location. Beautiful property with extensive family history. Lovely canal views from the master bedroom. Cold A/C! The floors are exquisite. Clear communication throughout the whole process from owner. Be aware that if you cannot deal with stairs & bags than this place is NOT for you. Highly recommended.

Luca was an amazing host. His detailed communications made our arrival to Venice stress-free … he even went out of his way to meet and greet us at the station. The property was as advertised … clean, close to the Venezia Santa Lucia Station, with many restaurants and attractions near by. The property had everything we needed which comfortably accommodated our family of five adults … we had no issues during our stay. Luca even gave us an overview of Venice, with food recommendations and travel tips. Definitely would recommend this property.

Lovely time with my kids

Single mom traveling with kids, this place was perfect! Lovely and responsive host. Great central location. We took a water taxi from the airport and docked right at the property. A truly unique and magical start to the trip. Beautiful view and everyone got their own rooms! Right upstairs from a market, super convenient. We got to watch the July fireworks from the balcony! Just a wonderful place and stay!

Comfy and clean. Everything you needed for a few nights stay, had lots of local info for buses, walks etc. garden was pretty and a sheltered patio to sit out on without getting sunburnt. Overlooked fields and horses. Off road parking. Excellent

Wow!! What a fabulous place to visit, both this amazing city and the wonderful appartment. We had an magical long Easter weekend here. Luca gave efficient communication and recommendations when we were planning this trip from back home and was quick to respond to messages which was so appreciated. His neice, was so welcoming and when she came and met us from the bus station on arrival. She was really informative about both the apartment and what the surrounding area had to offer. We did pay abit extra for the porter service to carry our bags from the station to the appartment (over 3 bridges and up the appartment stairs - may or may not be necessary depending on number and size of luggage). We loved the apartment itself - fabulous location and really spacious for our family of 6 with two bathrooms a huge dinning table and chairs etc. It was light and airy with the master bedroom having a small balcony overlooking the canal - it had real Venician character which is what we were hoping for!! Really enjoyed the bakery which was recommended (Trevidan) -very close by and spent a few sunny early mornings enjoying coffee and pastries whilst planning our days. A fully equipped mini market was on the ground floor of the building - very convenient to stock up on essentials. The location itself was excellent- lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and easy to access all the main tourist attractions when walking. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Thank you so much Luca!!

Plenty of Room

My family of four spent three nights in Venice and this apartment was perfect. It had a lot of room to move around, close to the train station and all the amenities of home. Two bedrooms are off the main street so it can be noisy and one bedroom is off the street and super quiet. Great place!
