Maui continues efforts to recover after the devastating wildfires that destroyed Lahaina and surrounding areas late last year.
The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately April 11, 2026 through July 11, 2026. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project. This is a multi-phase project with a strict deadline for completion.
