The AC was having a bit of difficulty for part of my trip, but Tammy and her husband were just wonderful. They responded immediately, got the issue fixed, checked on us, and made sure that everything about our stay was satisfactory. I really appreciated what great host they were and recommend their properties.

The condo was as pictured, clean, quiet and very comfortable with sweet seasonal touches(for us it was Valentines day). It was the perfect setting to spend time with our OSU students. The hoat was very welcoming and responsive. The beds were super comfy with quality linens.

This property is only a block off the main street where everything is located. Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. You are close enough but feel like you are away from the city noise. It is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The only thing I would say to all hosts is that not everyone drinks coffee with caffeine, so a coffee pot that doesn't use pods doesn't accommodate everyone. It's a health issue for me but I love coffee, so decaf it is. But Stillwater has a TON of great coffee shops so it wasn't a big deal. It was easy to check in, check out and very comfortable. It was also pet friendly even though we didn't bring ours this trip, it was nice to have a yard with a fence.

This is what all vacation rentals should aspire to be. We visited Copper Ridge in February 2026. Everything was exactly as advertised. The residence was located in a perfect location, was spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. We were well stocked with everything needed from dinnerware, kitchenware, supplies, bedding, and amenities. We were very appreciative of the fenced yard for my granddaughter’s black lab and the open space. My son, the IT professional, enjoyed the technological amenities that actually worked unlike other vacation rentals we have experienced. Cell phone service (Verizon) was perfect; the wi-fi has no glitches and was fast and reliable.It is perfectly clear to us that the host, Tammy, takes pride in her residence and considers her guests’ comfort to be extremely important. We were never worried that there would be something that we didn’t know how to operate or that something would not work. The strongest opinion I can give is, in the future, whenever we travel to Stillwater to visit my granddaughter, we will be staying at Copper Ridge or another one of Tammy’s properties.

My number one positive was the incredible communication. We had a small air conditioning matter arise as the outdoor temps were nearing the 100 mark and our hosts promptly came over and took care of the problem. We were back to cold air in no time at all. Location of the property was great. Super close to town but far enough to get out of the noise. Any amenity you could possibly need was provided. The beds were superior! So comfortable! I had to work while there and the speed of the Internet was perfection with TVs streaming the UFC fights, kid on his phone streaming and me working. The spaces were clean and comfortable. After being away from my actual home for 3 weeks, this place was perfect and made me feel right at home which was very needed . Highly recommend.
