Welcome to Ondine Estate! Nestled on a hill above the pristine Green River Reservoir, this pet-friendly 3BR/2.5BA retreat is the perfect four-season getaway. With 1,000 feet of lakefront, you'll enjoy direct access to swimming, paddling, and campfires under the stars. Even better, it's a quick 30-45 minute trip to the restaurants and ski resorts of Stowe, Smuggs, and Jay! You'll be surrounded by nature while enjoying the comfort of central AC, spacious bedrooms, and modern amenities.
Inside, the home offers a cozy, octagon-shaped, spacious layout featuring a warm living room with a fireplace, a main-floor king bedroom with an en-suite master bath, and two queen bedrooms on the first floor that share a double-vanity en-suite bath. There’s also a convenient half bath and tubs in both full bathrooms. Guests can enjoy board games for cozy nights by the fire, then step outside to gather around the campfires, relax on the outdoor furniture, or head down to the reservoir for a paddle or swim. In winter, the house is just 45 minutes from Mt. Mansfield, Smugglers’ Notch, and Jay Peak—making it the perfect year-round retreat.
