Acerca de este alojamiento
The Loft at Raintree
Welcome to the Loft at Raintree!
Enter through the stunning spiral staircase into a bright and modest two-bedroom, one-bath retreat with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. Enjoy your mornings at the coffee bar, stocked with coffee, cream, sugar, and coffee syrups, or lounge in our private backyard oasis. We promise to deliver a relaxing stay! Located just minutes from Lake Hollingsworth and Downtown Lakeland, you’ll be close to scenic walks, dining, and entertainment.
√ Bedroom One
Queen sized bed with soft linens and a cozy mattress that promises a restful night's sleep. It has black-out curtains to reduce the large window light, although some light still comes in from the upper windows. Roku smart TV.
Work Station desk for computer work.
(there is not a traditional bedroom door as this room was converted to a large bedroom. We do have heavy curtain for privacy at the entrance to this room)
√ Bedroom Two:
This chic bedroom comes with a queen sized bed with soft linens and a cozy mattress.
√ Living Room:
Relaxation takes center stage in the living room. Select your favorite movie or tv show on the Smart TV. The large vaulted seating and warm lighting makes this a perfect place to lounge.
√ Kitchenette:
The kitchenette is equipped with a camping style 2 burner counter top stove, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, microwave and of course coffee! Our coffee bar offers ground coffee, keurig pods, cream, sugar, and coffee syrups. Whether you're whipping up a meal from scratch or reheating leftovers, you'll find all the tools you need.
√ Bathroom
Full size bathroom with a walk in shower.
We provide towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and a hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is also provided.
√ Extras:
- Gorgeous and unique spiral staircase entrance! Please be advised that it is a tight stairway and large luggage can be challenging (But not impossible!) to bring up the stairs. These stairs may also be difficult for young children.
- Dining room table for 4
- Private Outdoor Patio Space with a fire pit, seating for four plus two additional sun lounge chairs.
- Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles side by side.
- Washer and dryer with supplies included
We do have long term tenants in the downstairs unit, who are extremely respectful of our guests, but there is potential for noise.
Guest access
While you'll have access to almost the entirety of our delightful space, we do have one locked closet and a not accessible to guests. The downstairs unit is also not accessible to guests.
√ Guest access: Keyless entry and self check in on your own time, which makes it super convenient to access at any time.
√ Early check-in/late check-out: We'll do our best to grant special requests, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make every request happen. Contact your host to see if we can help accommodate any special request.
√ Discounts: Want to extend your stay? We offer discounts for stays one week or longer.
√ Pet Policy: Furry friends, we love you, but we cant have you here. Undisclosed pets including ESA (but not service dogs) will result in a $300 fine.
√ Laundry: Traveling light or staying a while? We have a set of washers and dryers, and we provide laundry soap, too!
