This unit is a private second-floor bedroom, with a full bathroom accessed from the hallway right outside your room. This bathroom may be shared with one other nurse. The townhouse has 3 additional bedrooms that may be rented to other professionals (usually medical) and the main level and downstairs common areas are shared -- this includes a living room, two dens, a kitchen, laundry room, a half bath, a dining area, and a deck. The common areas will be professionally cleaned on a biweekly basis at no cost to you!

The whole house is yours to access with the exception of the other guests` bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house is just .3 miles (a 7-minute walk) from the closest bus station, which will take you all around Charlottesville! If you have a car, you will receive a parking pass that allows you to park in any blank or visitor-marked parking spot, there are several bays of them right by the townhouse.

Since this is a shared housing set-up, it is important to be respectful of the other guests at the house. Noise should be kept to a minimum, you should clean up after yourself after using the kitchen, etc. Thanks!
